Objectives

To inspire people to think and discuss about the meaning of

Harmony and the importance of promoting it, by showing them
with the photos of Harmony;
To promote racial harmony and social coherence; and
To channel positive energy to people;

Theme of photo contest

Harmony is the theme. Unleash your imagination, there is no specific
requirement for the content of your entry photo, Harmony can be
people, places, food, lifestyle or feeling.

Rules and Regulations

1) Each photo submitted must be the original and unpublished work of
the participant who must also be its copyright owner;
2) Only one photo is allowed to be submitted by each participant;
3) Photos that have won prizes in prior contests, or have been used for
commercial purposes and/or been published will not be eligible;
4) Digital manipulation that distorts the reality of the photos will not be
allowed. Only basic enhancements such as sharpening, contrast
adjustment, or simple cropping will be allowed;
5) The organizer reserves the right to reject photos with sensitive
content;
6) By submitting an photo for the contest, the participant will be
regarded as having granted the organizer the right to use the photo in
print, broadcast and/or electronic media without any fee payment, for
the purposes of promoting the contest or areas related to the
organizers work including:
i.
Promote racial harmony and social coherence
ii.
Promote entrepreneurship and innovation
iii.
Perform social responsibilities

Method of submission
1) Each photo must be submitted with 10 to 80 words to describe how
the content is related to the theme Harmony, there is no restriction
for language, other languages are allowed;
2) A high resolution photo together with description ,the time and place
of the photo taken ,participants Full name, Name on Facebook and FB
Profile URL Link, to be submitted by email to
dutamuafakatjohor@gmail.com , a confirmation email will be sent to
participant after the organizer has received the photo;
3) Submitted photos will be organized and uploaded to the organizers
Facebook Page on 20th August 2015, for the purpose of voting;

Timeline for submission and voting

1) Submission of photo: From 1st August to 15th August (The organizer
accepts ONLY the first 300 photo submission)
2) Voting for photos: From 20th August to 10th September (Participant will
be notified for the original Facebook post of his/her photo, therefore
participant are able to share the photo through Facebook)

Judging and result

1) Photo will be uploaded to the organizers Facebook Fan Page - Duta
Muafakat Johor (https://www.facebook.com/DutaMuafakatJohor)
2) Photos will be judged by the number of likes on Facebook
*The number of likes is calculated from the original post only, the
likes on shared post will not be counted

Publish of result
Result of this contest will be publish on 15 th September (TBC), the winners
will be invited to attend the award presentation during the grand opening

Objektif

Untuk menyampaikan inspirasi tentang definisi dan kepantingan

Muafakat kepada orang ramai, melalui Facebook;
Untuk mempromosikan Muafakat antara kaum dan masyarakat
multikultural; dan
Untuk mengedarkan tenaga positif kepada orang ramai;

Tema Fotografi
Muafakat adalah tema Pertandingan Fotografi ini, peserta dibenarkan
meluaskan imaginasi anda, tiada keperluan tertentu tentang tema gambar
ini; objek seperti orang, tempat, makanan, hidup atau perasaan juga boleh
dimasuki dalam gambar penyertaan.

Syarat Pertandingan
1) Gambar yang dihantar mestilah gambar yang asli, merupakan idea
sendiri dan tidak pernah menyertai dalam mana-mana pertandingan,
komersial atau pameran fotografi;
2) Peserta hanya dibenarkan menghantar Satu Gambar Sahaja untuk
pertandingan ini;
3) Gambar yang pernah memenangi dalam pertandingan yang lain,
pernah digunakan sebagai tujuan komersial atau penerbitan, tidak
akan diterima;
4) Pengubahsuaian gambar yang distorts the reality tidak akan
diterima. Hanya proses pengubahsuaian seperti brightness, contrast,
cropping, sharpen sahaja adalah dibenarkan dalam pertandingan ini;
5) Pihak penganjur berhak menolak sebarang gambar yang mengandungi
isu sensitif;
6) Semua fotografi yang dihantar adalah hak milik Duta Muafakat Johor
untuk digunakan bagi tujuan promosi dan pendidikan seperti poster,
cetakan risalah, buku, laman web dan/atau media elektronik seperti:
i. Mempromosikan Muafakat kaum dan koheren sosial
ii. Mempromosikan keusahawanan dan innovasi
iii. Melaksanakan tanggungjawab sosial

Cara Penyertaan
1) Gambar penyertaan mestilah dihantarkan bersama dengan
penerangan yang antara 10 hingga 80 patah perkataan, untuk
menerangkan berkaitanya dengan tema Muafakat;
2) Gambar penyertaan mestilah dihantarkan bersama dengan
Penerangan, Masa dan Tempat pengambilan gambar, Nama Peserta,
Nama Profil Facebook dan Facebook Profil URL Link ke alamat email:
dutamuafakatjohor@gmail.com. Satu Email Pengesahan akan dihantar
ke peserta ketika penghantaran diterima oleh Duta Muafakat Johor;
3) Gambar yang dihantarkan akan dimuat naik ke Facebook Page Pihak
penganjur pada 20 Ogos 2015 untuk pengundian;

Tarikh Penyertaan dan Pengundian

1) Penghantaran Gambar: Dari 1 Ogos sehingga 15 Ogos
2) Pengundian Gambar: Dari 20 Ogos sehingga 10 September (Peserta
akan diberitahu tentang alamat website, supaya gambar penyertaan
dapat dikongsikan melalui Facebook)

Penilaian dan Keputusan

1) Gambar penyertaan akan dimuat naik ke Facebook Page pihak
penganjur iaitu Duta Muafakat Johor
(https://www.facebook.com/DutaMuafakatJohor)
2) Gambar penyertaan akan dinilaikan dengan jumlah Like dalam
Facebook
*Hanya jumlah Like daripada original post dalam Facebook Page Duta
Muafakat Johor akan dinilaikan, jumlah like yang didapati dalam post
yang dikongsikan tidak akan dinilaikan

Pengumuman Keputusan
Keputusan pertandingan ini akan diumumkan pada 15 September,
pemenang-pemenang akan dijemput ke majlis penyampaian anugerah
yang akan diadakan semasa Majlis Perasmian Duta Muafakat Johor
berlangsung.
