The HR-OCI interface is a SAP provided
method for external software vendors to
access internal organizational structures.
This enables seamless, easy-to-use
and permanent data transfer. Moreover,
access to many other SAP HR data sources
is available.
The supplied function module also enables
flexible, high-performance and easy
access to your SAP HR data. It allows
you to select between synchronous
(via RFC), periodical (batch-enabled) or
on demand data access - completely inline with your requirements.
