A proposal to the construction of a 10 storey building

Introduction
Purpose
This paper proposes to construct a 10 storey residential building has 2 carparkbasement 1 inlcudes stairwell,elevator/room,12 slots Parking spaces and driveway.
Carpark-Basement 2 includes Stairwell,elevator,room,12 slots parking spaces and
drive way.On GroundFloor includes stairwell,elevator,3 slots parking
spaces,driveway/Open space,Security room,Admin area,Has 7
units,Lobby,hallway,Entry Porch.On 2nd floor/commercial includes
stairwell,elevator,8 units,Male Toilet,Female Toilet,Corridor,Open area. On the 3 rd to
7th floor-residential includes stairwell,elevator,Corridor,Open area,1 bedroom unitliving/dining/kit,bedroom, T & B

Problem
The client spends 470,472.10 Thousands pesos per month for his house rental at
Bermeo Street,Brgy.Palanan, Makati City. The client also wanted to develop the area.
Scope
-

Section 1 of this project will show the sketch of the proposed residential
building together with floor plan, elevators and perspective.
Section 2 will show the cost of materials including the payments of the
workers
Section 3 will show the capability of the house to meet the needs of the
clients
Section 4 will be devoted to facilities requirements

Section 1- Description Of the Project


Section 2- Cost
The cost of the residential building is roughly estimated. The rough estimate of this
building is 40000 per square meter. The total are of the residential building is four
hundred square meter.Therefore, the total cost of this building is 61,648,351.68
pesos.
Section 3 capability
the one storey residential bulding will addresses the present problem of the client.
This building will last for long, long years because of the materiaks that we are
going to use in the construction.

It is also capable of bringing comfort to the client because of its wide are and
space.
Section 4
Facilities and requirements
Television sets, computer system, air conditioner ,refrigerator or any kind of
appliances will be provided by the residents of the house.
For the light and water, there is no need to worry because, there are a separate
meters for these existing set-up. Perhaps a professional and licensed engineer will
set-up the facilities stated above.

For the remain that we have gathered and from the data presented, it is safe to
conclude that:
