Marble is formed over millions of years from

layers of marine life. This results in the natural
markings and defects which form the character of
the stone and means that no two mantels will be
the same. Although we use only the best quality
materials, slight variations in both colour and
texture are unavoidable.
We strongly recommend that your fireplace be
inspected before it is installed and fitted by a
professional fireplace installer. We regret that we
cannot take responsibility if this caution is not
followed.
