Italian bedlinen is hand-finished and bespoke, taking your sleeping experience to
undreamed-of levels of pleasure and comfort.
Thanks to the exceptionally long, fine yet strong fibres of our carefully sourced, pure
Egyptian cotton, each sheet, pillow case and duvet cover has an irresistibly silky
feel. We offer a variety of styles, thread counts in a beautiful range of colours made
to order in any size, so you are free to customise your order to suit your personal
space and taste. Should you require pillows, duvets and mattress protectors, we can
provide them too only the finest, of course.

We offer free standard delivery by courier for all orders over 500.
For all orders under the value of 500 the following delivery charges will apply;
Uk Mainland Standard (Monday to Friday between 9am 5.30pm) 20.00

If you would prefer to collect your order from our Wigmore Street Showroom W1U or
our Kings Road showroom SW6, we are more than happy to arrange this.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Savoir Plain Design Bedlinen - Uk Standard Sizing
Savoir is happy to accept returns or exchanges of any bedlinen in a 300 or 600 thread
count sateen of our classic PLAIN design in the colour white only within 28 days of
receipt, providing the goods are unused and in their original state & packaging.
*All other designs, thread counts and colours fall under the BESPOKE terms of sale.
Savoir Bespoke Bed Linen
We cannot accept returns, changes or cancellations of any Savoir Bespoke Bed linen,
due to the personalised nature of the products.
Savoir Pillows, Duvets, Mattress Protectors
Due to strict hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns of pillows, duvets &
mattress protectors. We can only provide a refund or exchange if the items prove to
be faulty.

Stock
We keep a limited amount of stock in our London Bedworks and London showrooms
of the PLAIN design in the 300 thread count and 600 thread count in white only.
Providing we have the availability to fulfil your order, delivery can be arrange within
a few working days.

Cancellation or Amendment Of Customer Orders

No claim by the Customer in respect of the goods supplied hereunder will
be accepted by the Company if the goods have been cut, finished, processed
or otherwise converted to the Customers use, or, in the case of goods not
manufactured by the Company, if they have been ordered from the supplier. Prior
to this amendments or cancellations will attract an administration fee of 10% of the
order value with a minimum charge of 50.
