INTRODUCTION

Background of the Study

Introduce your topic by opening the statement with what is happening in the area
of computer / information technology

What is happening on the general topic of your area of specialization (business),

how it / computers are being utilized

Introduce your main area in computers /information technology (topic related eg.
Gaming technologies, image processing, transaction processing systems, sns)

Introduce your main concentration (your actual title)

Include the history of the target company, its owners, its business offerings
(services or merchandise/products, its business processes

Include as well some of the problems met, its causes and effects

Finally, state the goal of the project as solutions/improvements.

Objectives of the Study

A statement which summarizes the supposedly result of the study.

Starts with the phrase To develop

E.g.

To develop a computerized sales and inventory system for ____ with ____ that
can help their daily operations such as ____, ____ and ____ thus to improve the
efficiency of their manual process.

Follow-up with the specific objectives: This is divided into 4 points.

d. And so on
o Create the system using (include software and hardware requirements
here)
o Test and improve the developed system in terms of ______, _______ and
_______ (qualities under ISO)
o Evaluate the performance (or acceptability) of the developed system

Scope and Limitations of the Study

Specify the main focus of the system/project

Its requirements (hardware and software)

Its limitations

What is included in its evaluation

Include some details of the features implemented and how the user can access them.
Present as well how you implement the testing. Use the test case form

Evaluation Procedure
State the activities you need to accomplish for the evaluation.
Example:
