intended for technology based community training programs in Massage
The[apy and Hairdressing
Proiision of trainers and shoulder the honorarium of the trainers in the
TBCTP
Monitoring and evaluate program implementation
Prepare Training Certificates to the trainees who successfully complete
the program

BUREAU OF JAIL MANAGEMENT & PENOLOGY '

a. ldentification / recruitment of trainees for technology based community

training program in coordination with TESDA Provincial Office
b. Conduct orientation, briefing, and nurturing of the trainees/scholars
c. Supervision, monitoring and recommend measure to improve, strengthen
and sustain the program
d. Provide counterpart assistance (e.9. training venue, supplies /materials,

meals and accommodation of the trainers) during the conducl of the

technology based community training programs in Massage Therapy and

Duration of the Project

The project will be implemenled on May 20-24,2013

This Memorandum of Agreement shall take effect immediately upon the signing of the
document by TESDA Provincial Director NESTOR S. TABADA, BJMP Regional Director
