PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
• Seek a safe, permanent living situation for the child or children upon entering
custody.
• Continuous assessment of the child’s best interest, to determine if reunification is
possible with the removal parents.
• Assess the risk factors to determine possible interventions to rectify the issues that
resulted in the removal of the child and or children.
• Establish and monitor services to improve the overall functioning of the family.
• Conduct presentations to prospective foster care and adoptive parents.
• Serves as liaison to social service partner agencies, local law enforcement agencies
and departmental attorneys regarding reports and investigation activities of child
abuse and neglect cases.
• Provided intensive in home case management and conducted on going risk and
family assessments on a monthly basis.
• Prepared comprehensive reports and accurate case records, including legal
documentation necessary for court interventions.
• Manage as caseload of 15~20 children and their families.
• Duties include but not limit to recruitment of children into the programs, mandatory
child development training sessions for family and group daycare providers and
natural parents.
• Provided center and home recertification and licensing trainings.
• Provided technical assistance, purchasing of equipment for prospective/existing
providers.
• Provider monitoring and policy compliance: Agency for Children’s Services (ACS),
USDA (Food Program) and the agency.
• Intervention for providers and natural parents.
• Documentation of Agency for children Services (ACS), USDA (Food Program),
and agency, Families and providers.
• Coordinate transfers of children and maintain records.
