The Holiday

she had been engaged in when the children were old enough.
To this end she had kept up with developments in her field as
much as she could while managing the demands of the small
children. This holiday was thus a very welcome break for her
from her very demanding double role.
Now, while also enjoying the warm morning sunshine and
the gentle breeze that was blowing Angelas auburn hair about

arm round Angelas shoulders, both feeling blissfully happy.
Then yesterday morning the day had dawned in classic
Aegean style with another absolutely clear blue sky, again
with a gentle warm breeze that inspired one to get up and
catch the day in case it turned out to be just a dream. So John
and Angela had had a quick breakfast on their boat, had gone
ashore to buy a few last minute items from the market and
then got away to a fairly early start. About mid-day, after
theyd been sailing for about an hour or two, they had passed
