Otherthanthesecases,entryinto
theplaceofresidenceofanyFilipino
orforeignresidentinthePhilippines,
andsearchinghispapersoreffects
canbeorderedonlybyacompetent
courtandbeexecutedonlyin
daytime.Thesearchofpapersandeffects
shallalwaysbemadeinthe
