IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS :

01. Candidate should download 02 (Two) copies of Admit Card and they have to bring ONE Copy of the same with photo pasted as indicated along with a Photo
Identity Proof such as Voter ID card, Adhaar Card, PAN card, Driving License issued by Central/State Government in the Examination Hall. Candidates will be
permitted to enter Examination venue only after showing the Admit Card along with photo identity proof. In Case of Failure to produce any Photo ID Proof when
asked for, he/she shall not be allowed to sit for the exam.
02. Candidates will have to bring BLUE/BLACK BALL POINT PEN (NOT GEL PEN).
03. Calculators, Mobile Phones with camera, any Sort of Blue Tooth Device, Log Tables, Electronic Gadget or any sort of paper are Strictly Prohibited inside the Examination
Hall. If any Candidate is found in possession of any such Device during the examination, his / her Candidature shall be instantly Cancelled.
04. Any candidate found using unfair means during the examination shall be debarred from appearing in this examination as well as
any future examination conducted by Postal department and shall be liable to legal proceedings including an FIR being lodged and will be handed over to Police Authority
immediately.
05. This hall permit does not constitute an offer of employment.
06. Violation of discipline in the examination hall in any form including failure to submit "Question Booklet and OMR Answer Sheet" and "Admit Card to the invigilator will
lead to cancellation of candidature.
07. Any canvassing by or on behalf of the candidate or any attempt to bring outside influence with regard to their selection/recruitment shall disqualify the candidate.
08. Request for change of venue shall not be entertained.
09. Candidate must report at the Examination Venue at least 45 minutes before start of examination. Candidates arriving after the Commencement of Examination shall not be
allowed to enter in the examination hall.
10. Candidate should paste same photo which was uploaded during filling the online application form on the space provided in the Admit Card failing which he will not be
allowed to enter inside the examination hall.
11. The Candidate should ensure his/her fulfilment of eligibility and other norms mentioned in the advertisement and the particulars furnished by him/her in the Online
Application are correct in all respect. In case it is detected at any stage of recruitment/selection process that he/she does not fulfil the eligibility criterion and / or that he has
furnished any incorrect / false information or he/she has suppressed any material fact(s),his/her candidature will automatically stand cancelled. If any of the above
shortcoming(s) is/are detected even after selection/appointment,his/her candidature will automatically be cancelled / service is liable to be terminated
without any notice and assigning any reason.
