Sir:
This is in connection with your unpaid rentals, covering the period
December 2014 to July 2015, in the total amount of One Hundred
Thousand Pesos (P100,000). My client, the owner of the apartment you
are occupying at 15F Munoz Street, Sta. Cruz, Manila, referred this to me
for legal action warranted under the circumstances.
My client has made repeated verbal demands to settle your rental arrears
and to vacate the premises. Your refusal to comply with these demands
violates the terms of our lease agreement. This has caused damage and
prejudice to my client.
Let this serve as a written and final demand to PAY the amount of One
Hundred Thousand Pesos (P100,000), directly to my client AND TO
VACATE THE PREMISES, within FIFTEEN (15) days from receipt of this
letter. Otherwise, I will be constrained to file the necessary legal action
against you to protect my client's interest without further notice.
