General Information
Purchase Orders: Orders will be accepted on firms formal purchase order along with email confirmation.
Repeat Orders: No screen charges for repeat orders.
Changes to Orders: All changes to order must be in writing before confirmation. Verbal changes not accepted.
Less than minimum orders: M.O.Q. is 100 pieces of one color one type.
Blank Goods: Please write us on info@giftila.in for more information.
PMS Color Match: We shall make every effort to match PMS color when specified. Exact color match is not guaranteed.
Rush Orders: No extra charges for rush services. However, you can write us for production schedules.
Packing: Items are packed in bulk and polly-packed individually with 7 ply master carton. .
Over/Under Runs: We reserve the right to ship under or over by 5% and bill accordingly. In case of an under run of 5% or less, factory reserves the
right not to print the remaining balance.
Shipping Method: GIFTILA COSULTANCY reserves the right to determine the best shipping method available unless
specied by the customer. All freight charges will be billed to the customer and all risk of loss shall pass to the customer when goods are
delivered to the carrier, whether the customer selects the carrier.
Acceptance: The customer should inspect the goods immediately upon arrival. Claim will only be accepted within 15 days of their arrival. The
customer expressly waives any rights the customer may have to revoke acceptance after such 15 days period.
Cancellation: All orders are considered rm. Cancellations will be accepted only if the merchandise has not been decorated. All
cancellations must be received in writing. Orders cancelled during production will be charged at the cost of material and labor extended to
date including shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all cancellations.
Disclaimer: Due to manufacturing tolerance, all dimensions have acceptable variance of . Due to circumstances beyond our control, AEON Exports
cannot guarantee continuity of exact shade, color, size, weight, texture, colorfastness or construction of nished goods. AEON Exports cannot be held
liable for delays due to customs, quota or natural causes. AEON Exports will make every eort to meet delivery deadlines. Prices are subject to change
without notice. Logos appearing on products in this catalogue do not represent an endorsement of any certain name, brand or product. They represent
examples of our printing and embroidery capabilities only and are not for resale purposes.
Decorating Information
SCREEN PRINTING:
All catalogue prices include a one color, one location screen print logo. Screen Set Up charges are not included in the price. Screen Set
Up charge: $45(V) per color.
Additional Color: Each additional color will be charged at $0.45(V) each.
Additional Location: Please call the factory for pricing.
Paper Proof: No charge
Pre Production Proof: $56.25(V) plus Items unit price plus set-up charge per color of $45(v) and freight charges.
PMS Color Match: No charge
Standard Lead Time: Single color screen prints will take 5-8 working days from receipt of approved artwork.
Additional Information:
Camera-ready artwork required. It should be high-resolution, to size artwork; color separated for multiple colors required.
Artwork touch-ups, clean-up or re-drawing will be billed at $30(v).
