Choir Expectations, Rules and Regulations

Please read the following and sign below


When you enter the choir room, there are two things you need to do; get your
binder and sit in your seat.
Place all your belongings, including your choir binder and pencil
Do not talk when the Choir Teacher is talking.
No gum, food, candy, or foreign objects are to be in your mouth unless placed
there by a dental professional. The consequence is a leave for 1 month
Do not bring any drinks to class. The only exception is a water bottle with water in
it.
Keep your hands to yourself and stay out of other peoples things.
Do not play the piano or touch anything on the piano.
Do not enter the choir office unless Mr. Long asks or invites you to do so.
Treat the room and its materials with respect.
Passes to leave the choir room will not be issued. In the event of a personal
emergency, ask Mr. Long for the emergency hall pass.
Always be polite and courteous.
Participate and give 100% effort every day
Have a PMA (Positive Mental Attitude) towards yourself, your fellow choir members
and the director.
If you are having difficulty managing the expectations of choir, you will meet with
the director, failure to meet the director will result to expulsion.
We have read and understand the expectations on this sheet. I am willing to
participate for the betterment of the group and understand the negative and
positive consequences of my actions. I understand that I will be removed from Choir
if am unable to meet these expectations on a
consistent basis.
