Objectives of PATTO:
To help in the promotion and development of Philippine
tourism, particularly in the enhancement of its cultural,
historical, scenic and social aspects and in making its
cultural, historical and historical scenic spots easily
accessible through better transport equipment, facilities
and services.

DOT ACCREDITATION
VALIDITY:
The accreditation duly issued to any tourist transport
operator shall be valid for a period of one (1) year from its
date of issue unless sooner revoked for cause by the
Department.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ACCREDITATION (ALL TYPES OF ENTITIES)
New Application
Valid Mayors Permit and/or Municipal License from LGU
SEC Registration Certificate of Articles of Incorporation/ Partnership/ By-Laws
and amendments if any (for corporation or partnership), DTI Business Name
Registration Certificate (for single proprietorship)
Valid visa from Bureau of Immigration and employment permit from DOLE (for
foreign nationals)
Renewal
Valid Mayors Permit and/or Municipal License from LGU
Amendment of Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws, if applicable.
If business name expired, submit a renewed copy.
If visa or work permit expired, submit a renewed copy.
Registered capacity
