With the permission of the Honorable Court, the testimony of the witness is being
offered for the purpose of proving that his/her testimony will prove that the transmission
lines installed by the respondent NAPOCOR in the __________, cannot caused illness
to the residents living around it, hence, negating the claim of the respondents for
damages.
