REPLY-AFFIDAVIT
I, Antonio Nase Sugpatan, of legal age, with residence no. 4334 H- Albina St. Sta. Mesa Manila,
after being duly sworn in accordance to law, do hereby depose and state that:
I hereby reiterate and replead all the positions and arguments contained in my Complain-Affidavit
as may be considered material and relevant in this Reply-Affidavit.
As can be gleaned in the Counter-Affidavit submitted by here in respondent they merely
concentrated on evading their liabilities by denying their acts of false representation.
Respondent wanted to prove and convince this Honorable office, that the accusation against me
as stated on the Counter-Affidavit of Virgilio Guevarra was the very reason why he had commited a crime
and the cause of the incident that had happened on May 2, 2015.
This accusation was supported by another prospect Rogie del Rosario as he mentioned in his
Counter-Affidavit that he heard me saying Putanginang yan, Gago yan..
Respondent wanted to prove that the story he had invented will save them all and hide their true
motive and guilt.
They will concentrate on this idea believing that this is the best defense they can use to prove that
those derogatory statements provoked Virgilio Guevarra in committing the crime.
Respondent and his accomplice cannot feign ignorance of their crime and guilt. They were
ruthless people and congenital liars.
Respondent on several occasions, have mentioned different and conflicting versions of the story
that he had invented.
On our hearing last May 10, 2015 under Brgy. Chairman Rhodel Rubio and Kagawad Renato
Roda, respondent clearly claims that Naka-istambay sa harap ng bahay namin, nagiiskandalo, sigaw ng
sigaw, mura ng mura habang nakatingin sa akin kaya sinampal ko hindi sinapak.

That when respondent was asked about the deadly weapon, he denied and said Anong matalas?
Hindi totoo yan.
On our hearing on June 17, 2015 under barangay lupon (Lupon Mrs. Teresita de Guzman, Lupon
Mrs. Chit Capistrano, and Lupon Cynthia Tabancay), Respondent, when asked regarding this allegation
he said, Naka-istambay sa harap ng bahay namin, nagiiskandalo, sigaw ng sigaw, mura ng mura habang
nakatingin sa akin kaya tinapik ko lang siya sa mukha, hindi sinapak.
On the Counter-Affidavit submitted by the accused (see page 1, paragraph c), he claimed another
version of the incident. Which among the three versions he said was true?

That Mark Buencamino Flores, brother-in-law of the respondent did not support this claim
despite the fact of him being related to Virgilio Guevarra unlike Rogie del Rosario who was just the
boyfriend of Samantha Sam Bombais Guevarra, daughter of Virgilio Guevarra.
That Kagawad Gigi Dawis of Brgy. 593 Zone 58, District 6 Manila can prove that this never
happened because she was there at the store of Dedith Rodriguez.
In several occasions, respondent denied having deadly weapon on the night when the incident had
happened. In the Counter-Affidavit that he had submitted (see page 2, Paragraph f), he admitted that it
was true that he bore a mechanical tool being used for his motorcycle.
Respondent did not clearly state if what kind of mechanical tool it was that he claimed he used
for self-defense. To support this allegation, respondent presented several documents proving that he was a
person with disability (PWD).
No one is above the law
Ignorance of the law has no protection
and excuses no one.
This supporting document that he had presented does not mean that he can use his disability as an
excuse for him to legally possess a deadly weapon.
That the admission he had stated on his Counter-Affidavit only proves that the person who gave
the deadly weapon was Rogie del Rosario making him an accomplice to the crime committed.
That the CCTV camera footage will prove that all their claims in their affidavit are malicious and
fabricated stories.
I therefore most respectfully pray that criminal information for an attempted murder case be now
filed against Virgilio Guevarra as there is more than probable cause for his indictment. I am executing this
reply-affidavit to attest the truth of the foregoing and to support my complaint for attempted murder case
against the hearing respondent.
I hereby expressly reserve my rights to file supplemental affidavit and additional evidences in the
course of the proceeding.
