Gains from the

Gains Come Fast & Furious
I started on the Wed. calls this week and had a
MAJOR breakthrough. I had forgotten to be in
Release 24/7, give myself approval/love (although
I was doing that with everyone else), etc. I realized
that pride was keeping me away from the calls! I had
8 family deaths and multiple other major life crises in
the last few years and had been in grief, then slipped
to a bottom to apathy. Ive restarted listening to my
Release Techniques CDs, reading Lesters books, got
on the Wednesday call and WOW! What a change!
Since Wed. Ive been so much happier and could tell
my ego to get lost as I dont want to disapprove or
withhold love of myself any more. It was as if I was
really hearing Larry for the first time! I dont have to
stay with the program that tells me that I have to do
everything by myself, and must withhold love of self
until Im fixed and in CAP. I got that Id never be
in CAP without loving and approving of myself! Ego
had been running wild and needed to have the doors
opened so it could go. On Wednesday eve during the
call, I felt profound peace and joy. I was so high after
the call as I had released so much during the call. Ive
been feeling such hope and happiness since then!

So many family relationships have been healed in
the last couple of years since I took the Abundance

Lets Go of Procrastinating

Gets Herself Back

Id been in apathy/grief for so long after losing many
family members in a very short time frame, that getting
up to pride felt like a jump up the scale of emotions.
Since being on the Wed. calls, being in the current
Change Your Life Program, releasing with my Release
partner (a lovely woman whos been raving about her
experiences @ Camp Allen), and trying to remember
to be in Release 24/7, Ive been feeling like Ive got
Cindi back. In the past two days, Ive had people tell
me that Im glowing or have an aura. One, a friend who
knows what Ive been through in the past few years,
can see that Im again becoming filled with peace and
joy, and has told me it is showing on my face.
I feel that The Method, coupled with the CDs,
class, Wednesday calls, etc. is the reason that Im
feeling so much better. Im remembering to give myself
love and approval, and often hear Larrys voice in my
head talking about the method. Im grateful that being

Gets 3 Million Dollar Home
My family was relocating to the Miami area recently
and I released on finding the perfect housing situation, a specific car type that I liked and the perfect
schooling situation for my 4 year old son. My intention
was to have him in the Montessori system. I released
until I got totally hootless and then turned it over to
beingness.
Things started to fall into place in a very short order
and with minimal or no effort on my part: A friend of
a friend of my wife was planning to leave after her
lease expired, and the house she is renting became
available. A couple of days ago I signed a lease on a
beautiful 3 million dollar home surrounded by heavily
forested, neatly groomed 4 acres situated half way
between the only two local family members of my wife.
The rent and utilities is what I expected to pay for a two
bedroom apartment. I could not have asked for a better
landlord and that friend who had known him for 3 years
had only good things to say about him.
I budgeted somewhere between $650 and $850 for
schooling for my son. After visiting some, I found a
beautiful Montessori school, a 7 minute drive from my
home. The entire tuition is paid by the state of Florida
so I have to pay absolutely nothing.
After going to several car agencies I entered one,
found the car that I initially wanted and got a great

More Gains from CYL Course

Cleans Up the Past with Dad
I have really struggled in my relationship with my
dad since my mom passed away a couple years ago.
There has been a lot of AGFLAP that has arisen in
me that I did not know I had. I did attachments and
aversions on my relationship to my dad after the
telecourse today and also did a goal chart on loving
my dad. As I was talking to him this afternoon I kept
saying silently I love you, I love you. I feel like my
resistance has been greatly reduced and I began to
have feelings of love for my dad that I havent had
in a couple years. I still have some work to do on it
but I realize it starts with a decision. Once I made
the decision to love my dad no matter what and did
the charts, the resistance did not have much of a
chance. I have also been listening to some cleanup
CDs over and over and over which also helps. The
key for me is to stick with it. I am determined to
no longer float above my garbage but dump it all.

what a violin with a perfect neck feels like. Mine is in

need of restoration. Anyway she went to a safe and
pulled one out and I played on it. It felt and sounded
amazing! All so easy. As it turns out ( I didnt know
before hand) it was a Stradivarius! Whats awesome is
that a week or two before, I was dreaming and saying
to myself wouldnt it be wonderful if I could play on a
Strad before I leave the planet? I totally forgot about
it. Ive been in and out of violin houses since childhood
and not one violin maker has voluntarily given me a
Strad to play. She was keeping it for someone. Im
also tickled she trusted my friend and I to play on it!
I also had a colleague call me a couple of weeks ago
to complain about something that happened on stage
that night. He had a tantrum and wanted to vent. I was
calm and as it turns out he said to me I dont know if
you get it. Nothing seems to bother you! I giggled to
myself and thought OK now Im getting somewhere.
Im also handling overwhelming situations better than

Toxic Person Goes Away

I have 50% less back pain. I ordered a water filter
after 4 years of carting jugs back and forth to the
grocery store.
My 3 year old goes around saying More, and
more, and moreand hes happy all the time. I
released on his picky eating and he actually ate
some hamburger today. Yeah! A toxic person went
out of my life.

Ive lost 70 Pounds and bulked up my muscle mass. No longer do I think the majority of people around me
are trying to hurt me in some way. In fact, it is the opposite, I feel love from them, even strangers. The world

person toward the people around me, and experience of calm in the absence of judging others. Though I

I do attachments and aversions to it. When I observe rude behavior, it doesnt upset me as much. Quietly
thanking people for their rude behavior has continued to prove an effective method to move me towards a
state where this behavior doesnt bother me. Listening to others talk about politics or news events no longer
enrage me or trigger a feeling of hopelessness. Ive noticed people are significantly kinder to me. My ego is
far quieter and doesnt pick apart every word, facial expression, and general body language when engaged in
conversation with others. Ive made peace with my Ex and see him as a family member, not an enemy. I no
longer utterly hate my previous best friend for sleeping with my ex during a turbulent period of my life. In fact,
I have released all ill will towards him and wish him well. My sexual life has significantly improved. Movements
in the stock market have little interest to me these days. Those swings from being happy and productive to
being morbidly depressed have leveled out significantly. They still exist, but are manageable and in a place
where I dont have to constantly will power my way through those dark moments. Thoughts of learning new
things are no longer intimidating to me. Ive experience moments of bliss while releasing and find it such a
remarkable feeling that verbal descriptions would not do it justice. Something that was completely unknown
to me before. Loving myself, others, and the world comes to me much easier.

ow its time to look at one of the biggest things that stops us from getting what we want
in life. Lets take a look at that ghost called fear.
I think that fear is one of the most misunderstood things that we deal with. So, the first
thing I want to do is try to get an understanding about just what fear is. Fear is just a negative expectation with a lot of emotions attached to it.
Basically, its just an energy.
Yes, it really is that simple. That is all that fear really is -- an energy. And its an energy
not about anything that is real or in the present moment. It is about a possible future.
It is not about a definite future; there is no definite future. The future includes all kinds of
possibilities.
And the energy of fear can only exist as long as you are holding onto it. Only as long as
you are placing your attention on it. Fear really is only the energy of your attention that you
are using to protect yourself from an imagined event that has not happened.
The good news is - its simple to let go of fear and move into love.
All you have to do is use the Release Technique to release your attention from fear and
allow your attention to simply rest in the love that you are. Thats what Kathleen did when
she was triggered by other people and felt the energy of fear arise within her. Here is what

A well-meaning person started telling me all about how I would probably fail, bla

not been using the Six Steps properly or not much
at all. By fine-tuning their use of the Six Steps,

Collapses Time
I started the car one Saturday morning, it was whistling,
never heard such a thing. Had a big day and no lights
came on, so I thought it was a minor issue and continued
on my merry way.
It was still whistling on Monday morning, but I went
about my errands, preferring to get it checked out on
Tuesday. Driving home, all the lights came on: brakes,
ABS, battery, and I lost the dash lights. I knew it wasnt
good, so headed to the garage, only 1/2 mile away. I
could have been on the highway, in the middle of no
where or far from my well-trusted mechanic, but no, I
was just 1/2 mile away. I got there safely and in time,
and only needed a new alternator. I managed to find a
ride from the garage and back the next day.
My first day on the support line was designated as
Thursday. I had to take an important call during my designated time, one which I could not reschedule. Though
calls kept coming in, at the time my important call came
in, I was free as a bird :-).
My schedule packed in the afternoon, I managed to

I like to share a gain. I started the Goals & Resistance
Course for the second time. I set my goal. I applied the
six steps on every negative thought, picture, and feeling
from the peanut salesman (ego/mind). I welcomed every

allow it to leave. I let go wanting to figure it out. I let go
wanting to know how I could get rid of it. I let go of wanting to know how long the bad feeling will stay or when it

coming. I let go of wanting to control anything. I let go
of wanting to keep myself safe. I let go of beating myself
up. I realized anytime I doubt that I could have my goal
I was denying who I really am and listening to my ego/
mind which did not serve me. This is the third week Ive
been working on the course. I am only on the second CD.
I got my money goal and intentions. The money goal use
to be such a challenge for me. My goal was to have an
income of $70K a year with ease. I got it today. Not only
did I get my goal, I got my intentions around it. I got a job
in my field. I get to have a normal 8-5 schedule, which
is rare in my field. I am going to have overtime paid if
overtime is ever needed, which is unheard of in my field.
Companies set a salary because they know that in my
field it requires a lot of overtime hours. They cant afford
to pay that much overtime. Can it get any better? I am
going to let go and find out.
In addition to this gain, I use to be terrified of going to
job interviews. I would thank the lucky stars if someone
offered me a job and accepted it before they change
their minds. I release a landfill of garbage around that. I
realized that any judgment and disapproval that existed
came from me and no one else. I saw how I would sit in
front of my computer and constantly beat myself while
I was only looking at the job descriptions. At my last
job interview, I set an intention to have fun and kept
step #1 in place. I had the best time. It was like having
coffee with a friend. I didnt care if I get the job or not.
I asked questions to see if I would like working there
and if I would like what they are offering me. I was free
to choose.

I was facing bankruptcy, Sheriffs sale, etc.
Unknown to me my attorney sent all my creditors
a cease & desist. My creditors stopped calling. I
owed $25,000 on a 2nd mortgage; they stated

Just wanted to express my appreciation for the
financial freedom course and share a gain I had
recently. I am part owner of a company that does
business with the California County Government
offices specially in the area of software for
welfare management. We have had a software
product in place for around 5 years but recently
the County we are in decided to end the contract
before the expiration date due to cost cutting
going on in the govt. there. After discussions with
my partner in CA (I am in Nevada), we decided to
attempt to sell them the product for the remaining part of the contract (45k). After releasing on
it throughout the FFC course, I got an email from
my partner this morning that at county supervisor
had signed the contract and they were going to
buy the product. Pretty amazing since the govt.
(especially CA) usually moves very slow when it

My tax refund was electronically deposited yesterday. Last week when it was filed the CPA said
it would take a long time for the refundthe IRS

I am in the process of setting up an online business and
