1.

Removal
Disconnect the battery.
Remove the decorative cover of the engine.
CAUTION : Protect the edges of the radiator from damage.
Remove the catalytic converter and particulate filter assembly.
WARNING : Switch off the inlet and outlet gorlovyny turbocharger.
Remove:

Air inlet of the turbocharger

Silencer turbocharger
NOTE : Remove the muffler turbocharger, tilting it with respect to the axis of the reservoir of the
turbocharger.

Remove:

Bolt (1)

Thermofilter (2)
Disconnect the vacuum pipe (3) (B a).

NOTE : Close the turbocharger lubrication holes.


Disconnect the oil return pipe (5) (B b).
ATTENTION : When loosening fasteners tubes, take care that they do not cranked (if necessary
hold them).
Remove the oil pipe assembly (6), with a hollow-head screw (4) and O-rings.

NOTE : Check the grid in the area of c on the bolt (4b). Remove (if necessary); With
Screwdriver.

Remove:

Bolt (7)

a nut (8)

Remove:

nuts (10)

Turbocharger (9)
WARNING : Protect: Exhaust Manifold; With stub.
2. Inspection
Inspect the air cleaner system.
Check out:

Air nozzles

The state and the correct positioning of the vacuum inlet tube to the turbocharger
Check for foreign bodies in the following elements:

Circuit air intake

The collector of exhaust gases (risk of destruction of the turbocharger when it is turned on)
Clean the exhaust manifold of the turbocharger.
Ensure clean oil circuit connections.
NOTE : Use the recommended screws and nuts (resistance to heat).
Replace:

Nuts of fastening of the turbocharger

Leather seals hollow bolts turbocharger lubrication

Clamps catalytic converter


3. Installation
NOTE : When reinstalling all removed seals should be replaced with new seals.
CAUTION : When removing: Remove the caps from the turbocharger at the last moment.

Replace the gasket d and e of turbocharger.

CAUTION : Clean the bonding surfaces with a certified means to remove residual metal. Do not
use any abrasive or abrasive tools to be connected planes. On the surfaces of the gasket should not
be any trace of knocks or scratches.
WARNING : Perform pre-installation of elements of the turbocharger to adjust their position
(before final tightening).
WARNING : always renew: Nuts (8), (10) and screw (7).
Connect the turbocharger to the exhaust manifold.
Rasshplintovat:

nuts (8) (10) (new nuts)

Bolt (7) (new)


Set in the oil collecting pipe (9), the hollow screw head (7) and sealing ring (new).
Tighten:

Nuts (8), (10) point 2,6 0,6 da.Nm

Bolt (7) point 2,5 0,3 da.Nm


CAUTION : When removing grease end of the oil return pipe with engine oil.
Connect:

Oil return pipe (5)

The tube dilution (3)

The method of tightening the upper connecting element of the tube:

Install vertical pin diameter A = 8,5 mm; As indicated above

Tighten the bolt (4a), while holding the coupling member by a pin; Tighten torque of 3
0,45 da.Nm

Method of tightening the lower connecting element of the tube:

Install the horizontal diameter of the pin B = 7,5 mm; As indicated above

Tighten the bolt (4b), while holding the coupling member by a pin; Tighten torque of 3
0,45 da.Nm

C Improper installation lubricant tube.


D Correct mounting lubricant tube.
F Authorized deflection angle of 3 (0, 0.2).
NOTE : Forcing the oil pipe will leak oil; After tightening the fasteners, check the freedom of
rocking tube for lubrication; Otherwise, repeat the operation tightening fasteners tube and replace
the seals.
WARNING : Perform rough setting to adjust the position of the catalyst unit, particulate filter.
Install the catalytic converter and particulate filter assembly.
Set:

Thermofilter (2)

Bolt (1)

Silencer turbocharger

Air inlet of the turbocharger

Tighten:

Bolt (11) to 1 0,1 da.Nm

Bolt with a shoulder (12); The moment of 0,5 0,1 m.dN


Reconnect the battery.
WARNING : Carry out the operations to be performed after connecting the battery.
4. Precautions to be taken before starting the movement of the vehicle
Disconnect the connectors of diesel fuel injectors.
Turn engine with the starter motor for 15 seconds.
Connect: Connectors diesel fuel injectors.
Run the engine for 30 seconds before increasing the load.
After starting the engine, check the tightness of all fasteners Truoc.
Erase fault memory; Using the diagnostic tool.
