SUMMARY OF SITE ANALYSIS

Living in the center of a growing and densely populated urban jungle can be
exciting and daunting at the same time exciting, because everything you could
possibly need is a stones throw away and daunting, because it is easy to be
overwhelmed with the fast-paced life, traffic-ridden city streets and sheer number of
people living and working around the same small but compact area.
The decision to invest in its kind of project revolves around a myriad of
personal considerations, such as lifestyle, budget, and social habits. But narrowing
down its location just might be the deal breaker.
