ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

INCIDENT INVESTIGATION & ANALYSIS - Investigating high potential Incidents and

injuries that happen on site, finding the root cause. Takes a lead role in the preparation of
investigation reports and advises the management on control measures to prevent
recurrence. Ensures all the incidents and observations are tracked and closed out.
2. HSE DOCUMENTATION Preparation of HSE Statistics, Advise the management on the

recurring trend and preparation of preventive/ corrective measures. Trends, shortcomings

and reviews required are presented to the management in various forums.
3. HSE Audits Develop appropriate Audit Programs as per Site HSE Management Plan and

also based on the incident trends

4. MONITORING FOR COMPLIANCE; Ensuring that the Onsite operations, with specific

importance to Scaffolds, Lifting, Excavations, Confined Space, Site Safety procedures.

5. EMERGENCY RESPONSE; Equipping the work force to effectively tackle the emergency
situations by Emergency Planning, review and conducting emergency mock drills.
