with the processing of SAIC and Temp timecards by ensuring accuracy of charge
numbers and hour calculations. Handle all division's copy projects,
division mail pickup and delivery. Prepare Federal Express packages to send to
all off-site locations. Maintain mail codes, supplies in supply cabinet and paper for
printers and fax machines. Update and maintain Federal Express procedures as
necessary. Arrange conference rooms and teleconferences for division meetings as
necessary. Distribute incoming packages from Sonic Courier and maintain log. Maintain

Maintained computerized databases to ensure the tracking of personnel and


resources for over 22,000 employees. Was responsible for the timely delivery of
over 1½ tons of correspondence per day. Was credited with improving timeliness and
