The S $ MM has assigned me the three tasks one after the other and he attached me with
an MDO who has helped me out at many stages and I have learnt a lot from him.
These are the assignments which are assigned to me that I have completed with a
successful manner.
The first task was to create a coke point for the coke sales.
Order filling:
After the agreement product purchase order is being taken from the shop keeper.
Then we went to the sales department (New DPG) where the stock is residing. Then the
products are loaded in the truck and the products were distributed to the required outlet.
Activation $ Signage:
After the products were delivered to the outlet the MDO and Me went to the point
and paste the required advertisements on the shop. We arranged the products in the Visi
Cooler. A proper display was given to the products and suitable promotional material was
pasted.
This was the first task which assigned to me and I have completed it successfully.
The second task was to create the bill board new designs.
This task was assigned upon my request because I told them that I have studied a
complete course (Adobe Photoshop) with practical work and got second position in the
Art Exhibition. Then I have shown my designs to them and then they discussed with the
G.M and recommended me to create Bill Boards designs.
I have made six designs and from which three are being sent to the Head Office
for approval and the remaining three are pasted in the Multan Plant. There was an
appreciation letter from the MSM at which it was written that this person has done a
great job during his internship.
This was the second task which was assigned on my request and completed with an
appreciation.
This was the third task which was to search for the customer response towards the
coke brands.
I went to different areas of Multan and got enough knowledge the customers are
having about the beverages. There were strange answers even about the beverages. But
the result was in favor of Competitor because Pepsi has more distribution than the Coke
and the availability is the main problem for Coke.
