Commander of the flight to sign the following:

List of Entry/Departure Flight and Staff Pattern and

Crew list with articles carried in/out

CABIN SPRAYING IS REQUIRED. 01 can to be sprayed

EX SIN and 01 can to be sprayed at the top of descent
into HGH.

3. Crew Clearance:

Crew members including Technical Crew are to

complete a Crew list with Articles Carried In /Out (1
copy).
CIC will collect and placed passports in a bag with 01
copy of the G.D. (Indicate necessary entries onto the
G.D. under the Number of passengers On This Stage
column, No. of crew & No. of bags in the cargo hold)
Crew Arrival form will be prepared and handover by the
documents staff.
CIC is to ensure crew details are checked as per stated
in their passports.

*NOTE:
Crew members are strictly informed NOT
TO OPEN THE AFT DOOR FOR CATERING
UNTIL THE CABIN HAS BEEN DISINFECTED
BY HGH QUARANTINE STAFF.
Please
confirm
with
ground
staff
if
the
disinfecting
of
aircraft
has
been
completed
before
seeking
captain's
permission to open the AFT doors.

Crew must disembark and follow ground staff to clear

arrival immigration. Will be in 2 batches [If there are 8
crew members, 6 will clear first followed by the other 2
FSS).

Immigration staff will go onboard to check if all

arrival passengers have disembark first.

Boarding commences only after obtaining clearance

from immigration. It will be conveyed to ground staff.

Last 2crew member will arrive during the boarding

process.

Following are the documents required for SIN-HGH sector to be submitted to CIQ.
CIC is to staple them accordingly and indicate as Immigration, Customs and
Quarantine.

please ensure she write her name in chinese character against the English
Name.
