If you intend to apply for a higher semester
(Quereinsteiger) or if you have to apply
(Hochschulwechsler/Wiedereinschreiber) for a higher
semester, you are obliged to submit the following
documents:
o Proof of further terms of study, course work and
examinations in Germany or abroad after your
primary university degree (!)

VII. Selection process for masters programs with

restrictions on admission
All masters programs with restrictions on admission
have to execute selection processes.
There are different ways for such a selection process.

Applicants for Automotive Systems, Elektrotechnik,

Informatik and Technische Informatik have to
submit English language proficiency, confirmed by
the responsible examination board of the faculty,
until application deadline only for graduates of TU
Berlin, external graduates have to submit the
aforementioned proof until the enrollment

IX. Other certificates

We recommend submitting a Copy of your passport
(page with personal data) or a copy of your ID card.
You should also submit a complete CV including a survey
of school education and study periods.
