I convey my sincere thanks for your support and cooperation extended for smooth conduct
of JEE (Main) 2015 and hope to extend the same for JEE (Main) - 2016. As you are aware that the
Ministry of Human Resource Development Government of India has decided to conduct a Joint
Entrance Examination (JEE) for admission to centrally Funded Technical Institutes and also the
State Level Institutions who opted to take part in this examination in the country through JEE
Apex Board.

In view of Examination, it is proposed to fix your institution as an examination centre for

JEE (Main) 2016 (Offline) to be held as per above schedule. The minimum number of candidates
allotted to a centre will be 500-600 or the same number of candidates will be allotted as in JEE
(Main) 2015. The maximum number of candidates may be 1200 depending upon the availability
of infrastructure facilities of the school/institutions. Therefore, your cooperation is solicited for
smooth and fair conduct of this public examination.
You are requested to furnish the enclosed Performa with full information, as required, on
or before 31.10.2015 by E-mail jeecentre2016@gmail.com speed post or Fax to Tel. No. 01202427342 for taking further necessary action in the matter. You are also requested to enclose a
copy of blank school letterhead in support to ascertain correctness of complete Address and a
copy of cancelled cheque/photocopy of cheque for verification of bank account details.

2. Persons whose near relation (s) is/are appearing at the JEE 2016 at any of the Centres in India are
not eligible to be appointed as Centre Superintendent/Deputy Superintendent or Invigilators at any
circumstances.
3. While indicating the No. of single/double seat desks, no desk meant for Nursery to Primary classes
(up to Class VIII) be included in view of avoiding inconvenience to the Examinees.
