The following messages were lell on Defendant/Counterclaimant Hinckley's home phone

answering machine on 6/30/15. The first message was lell at approximately I :58 I'M, and
the second message was lell at approximately 7:55 I'M.

First message:
"Hi there. This is for either Scott or Louise, whichever one of you posts under the name
"agiledog" on thinkingman's zombie, hogewash, and billysez.wordpres.com. Please give
me a call at 410-206-9637 so we can discuss how best to get you to stop doing that. Take
care, and be we II."

Second Message:
"This is for Scott Hinckley. Scott, Bill here. Ilow wrong am I? If 1am wrong, you call me
back at 410-206-9637, and you can tell me how wrong I am about you being "agiledog"
Okay, pal? Well, either I or the police will talk to you !irst. Bye."
