a) find out at least 5 out of 6 mistakes from the six sentences and rewrite the
sentences correctly.
b) state out at least 4 out of 6 activities from the picture shown using present
continuous tense correctly.

: Set Induction:
1. Teacher displays a flow map about the story of Eggs Family. (refer to the
appendixes)
2. Teacher asks some questions about the felling of the egg. (happy, excited,
nervous,)
3. Pupils discuss the end of the story with teacher.
Presentation:
1. Teacher shows some words verb to pupils. (ignore, share, win, hug, make,
bake)
2. Pupils are divided into groups. They have to add ing to all the verbs given
and state the correct answers.
3. Teacher introduces the present continuous tense which tells us that an
action is happening now.
4. Teacher writes out the examples in Subject-verb Agreement.

Practice:
1. Pupils are given six sentences (from textbook) which contain some errors.
2. Pupils are asked to find out the mistake and rewrite the sentence correctly
in the correct columns of the s, v, o table.
3. Teacher and pupils discuss and check the answers.
Production:
1. Pupils are asked to look at the picture and state out the activities around a
swimming pool. (verb- jump, run, play, tie, sunbathe, splash)
2. Pupils are required to state what are the people doing in correct sentences
using present continuous tense.
4. Teacher and pupils discuss and check the answers. (refer to the appendixes)
Closure:
1. Teacher elicits good team values from pupils when doing activities
together.
2. Teacher emphasizes on good sportsmanship and team work.
