Bracelet identity (gelang identitas)

a. Kind of bracelet identity (jenis gelang yang dipakai) and the function of bracelet
identity (Fungsi gelang identitas)
Example :
- Your bracelet identity is pink, thats mean youre girl. ( Karena Anda perempuan
maka Anda menggunakan gelang merah)
- If you wear yellow bracelet, its mean you have a fall risk. So you need to call the
nurse if you need something to do. ( Anda menggunakan gelang kuning, itu berarti
Anda memiliki resiko jatuh. Jadi silakan panggil perawat untuk membantu Anda
- Youre wear red bracelet, its because you have any alergy with medicine. (Anda
menggunakan gelang merah karena Anda memiliki alergi)
Room Oriented (Orientasi Ruangan)
a. Room Position ( Letak Ruangan )
Example :
(Eng) Now we are in ( Rooms Name ). My name is ( fill it by your name). I am
the nurse in this room. I want to explain you about this room condition. We have
an emergency lane in your ( right or left ) side. Thats lane also for evacuation if
something happend in this room. And this side ( pointing the place ) is the toilet.
This toilet completing by shower, closet, wastafel with warm and cold water. If
you need a help when youre in toilet, you can use this nurse call to call the
nurse. We also have the nurse call beside on your bed.
(Indo) Sekarang kita berada di ruangan (sebutkan nama ruanagannya). Nama
saya (isi dengan nama perawat). Saya adalah perawat ruangan ini. Saya akan
menjelaskan tentang kondisi ruangan. Kami memiliki jalur darurat di sebelah
(kanan atau kiri) Anda. Jalur itu juga untuk evakuasi bila terjadi sesuatu di
ruangan. Dan di sebelah sini (sambil menunjukkan) adalah toilet. Toilet ini
dilengkapi dengan shower, closet, wastafel dan air hangat serta dingin. Jika Anda
membutuhkan bantuan saat sedang di toilet, maka Anda bisa menggunakan
Nurse call kami untuk memanggil perawat. Ada juga nurse call yang dipasang di
sebelah tempat tidur Anda)
How to call a nurse (Cara memanggil perawat)
a. With the nurse call ( menggunakan nurse call)
Example :
(Eng) If you need a help you can use the nurse call. One nurse call beside your
bed, and one more in toilet. Its easy to call nurse with this stuff. You just need to
press the red button and the nurse in nurse station will answered you and come
to help you. If youre in the toilet, you can pull of the nurse call, and the nurse will
come to help you.
(Indo) jika Anda membutuhkan bantuan, Anda bisa menggunakan n urse call.
Satu buah nurse call terpasang di belakang tempat tidur dan satu lagi di toilet.
Sangat mudah menggunakan alat ini. Anda hanya perlu menekan tombol merah
dan perawat akan datang membantu. Jika Anda di toilet, Anda bisa menarik
nurse call dan perawat juga akan datang membantu
b. Line telephone ( menggunakan telepon)
(Eng) If you need any help you also can use the telephone. There is a list of
telephone number in your bedside.

(Indo) jika Anda butuh bantuan Anda juga bisa menggunakan telepon. Disini
sudah tersedia nomor teleponnya
Patient therapy ( Terapi obat pasien)
(Eng) For the medication, you will get ( mention the medicine and explain the
function).
(Indo) Untuk obatnya, Anda akan mendapatkan obat ( sebutkan nama obat dan
jelaskan fungsinya)
Doctor consultation ( Konsultasi Dokter )
(Eng) For your information, your doctor is ( Mention the doctors name). You can
consult with you doctor on 08.00 am- 15.00 pm or anytime you needed. And nurse
consultation time is 24 hours.
(Indo) Dokter yang merawat Anda adalah ( sebutkan nama dokter). Anda bisa
berkonsultasi dengan dokter Anda pada pukul 08.00-15.00 wita, atau sewaktu- waktu
bila diperlukan. Dan konsultasi ke perawat selama 24 jam)
Visitors rules ( Tata tertib Pengunjung )
a. Visiting time ( morning) : 10.00 am- 13.30 pm
b. Visiting time ( afternoon) : 17.00 pm- 20.00 pm
c. The visitors not allow to sit in the bed
d. The visitors not allow to smoking in patient room and hospital area.
e. The visitors must be keep clean the area
f. The visitors not allow to take or use the hospital stuff without any permit.
g. The children under 7 years old not allow to enter to patient room, except with
doctor permit.
h. Only one person can attend in patient room.
