I refer to my 13-7-2015 submission:

Those who are assigned to uphold the rule of law must not and cannot be allowed themselves to flaunt the
rule of law. A ROYAL COMMISSION cannot place itself above the true meaning and application of the
constitution, and hence any investigation and any alleged evidence cannot be accepted as being part of a
ROYAL COMISSION merely because the ROYAL COMISSION may desire to do so. It had an obligation
to first establish its ROYAL COMISSION powers of investigation and as the Federal Court indicated (As I
understand it in the Kathy Jackson inquiry) in previous matters that where there was an investigation and an
objection to jurisdiction was made then the inquiry cannot postpone this objection and continue but must first
dispose of the objection to jurisdiction. This, I view this ROYAL COMISSION failed to do.

I made an OBJECTION TO JURISDICTION 20140215 G. H. Schorel-Hlavka O.W.B. to

Royal Commission into trade union governance and corruption and subsequently
20140215 -20140705-G. H. Schorel-Hlavka O.W.B. to Royal Commission-Building
Industry issues, etc-SUBMISSION and as the Royal Commission failed to deal with this
OBJECTION TO JURISDICTION then it never did invoke jurisdiction, and all and any
purported investigation have no legal basis. As such I view the matter may have to be dealt with
by a Court of competent jurisdiction if any or all of the Royal Commission alleged findings,
evidence before it, etc, can be legally relied upon. I view there never was in that regard any
Royal Commission inquiries, etc. A reported $80 million was spend on a Royal Commission that
legally was never justified, failing to dispose of the OBJECTION TO JURISDICTION.

issues/details.
