Introduction
The Professional Enterprise Development is a module that taught us to develop skills of
preparing for job career. It help us to know how to write our own curriculum vitae or resume,
what to do during interviews and how to communicate with public. The assignment is divided
into two different parts which is group component and individual component. Lastly, we would
like to thank our lecturer Madam Khurshid Begum who gave us this opportunity to carry out this
project and gave us a brilliant experience.

Planning
a) Aim and Objectives
1. Primary Plan
Professional and entrepreneurship Development is a module where professional
work occurs which includes planning, managing, decision making and developing
innovative ideas to raise funds, which are all valuable entrepreneurial traits. It is a module
that aims at improving learners activities and awareness of their personal identity by
helping them develop their inner talents, potential, build human capital and facilitate
employability. It enhances the quality of life hence realization the pupils aspirations.
With improving personal skills, this involves, personal communication skills, that is;
legal communication with any other non-technical factors that contribute to the success or
failure of the development of computer related systems in a professional environment.
There is also emphasis on creation of new and existing enterprises. Students were
encouraged to bring up new and innovative business ideas and strategies behind the
existing enterprise development activates to make them better and more efficient.
At the end of the study evaluation of personal development and career needs will be
taken by setting requirement for students to create an event with in the university in
addition to an assignment done in groups. Personal and career should be taken by the
student which involves creating a personal CV (Curriculum Vitae), a Resume and a
Cover letter which describe you and as part of your action plans and enlighten the pupils
on application and recruitment skills to prepare them for internship in industrial, practical
environment.

2. Secondary Plan
Rumah Charis (Home for the Children) is an observational study of orphaned and
abandoned children (OAC) and a small cohort of non-OAC. Children and their caregivers
were first interviewed starting at ages 6 to 12 in order to examine the influence of life

children's:

c) Entrepreneurial skills in Fund Raising

After everything has been planned, we need some capital or funds to carry out our
activities. With the entrepreneurial skills that we have learned in university, we could
raise fund in order to achieve and complete our goals. These may be follows.

Create a mascot which made by plastic and synthetic material and locate it at public
place. We are very welcome people who stressed a lot in their daily life to pay us few

bucks, therefore they can release their stress by punching the mascot.
Collect the recyclable items in our living area to sell the items. We also can gather the
reusable or little problem furniture or electronic product and repair them and sell it to

people.
Open a stall at our university foyer and selling food at a little higher price for charity.
Besides, we also have a gaming booth for our university students to challenge their
friends with the football game by just paying few bucks.
5

d) Assumption and Constraint

During our team planning the event, we were made numbers of assumption to find ways
on how to solve them when they happen or come up.

A morning call is given to all member in case that any of our team member overslept.
Assumed that someone just disappear, all team member must have the phone number

of others.
It was assumed that we would get lost and can't find the orphanage, to overcome this
situation we send the orphanage address to all members and we install GPS in our

smart phone.
We call restaurant with delivery service for lunch at the orphanage, this is assumed
that we may take long time to buy lunch and bring it back to the orphanage.

We also found that there were some difficulties and limitations in the event which include;
distance of team member live. All of us live in different places, therefore our team wasted
some times in fetching up our team members. Another difficult was the communication with
the orphans live in that orphanage. The age group of orphans live in that orphanage are
around 5 to 13 years old and most of them are Chinese, so some words they cannot
pronounce properly and not good in English. Our team also face the limitation of time, due to
our team is only allow to stay at the orphanage 3 hours for 2 days, so we need to manage our
time accurately so our activities can fit the event. Having less finances to be used in the event
was another limitation, our team compare a lot in the price of restaurant provide to us so we
can buy the lunch in the lowest price.

Execution
a) Day of the Event

Through this Professional Enterprise Development modules, my group has the

opportunity to pay a visit to the orphanage recently. We have been visited the orphanage for two
days which is Saturday and Sunday.
7

On the first day, we reached the orphanage at 9a.m. and started our first activity with the
children which is ice-breaking session. Five of us introduced ourselves one by one to the children
who never seen us before that and the children also introduced themselves to us. Then, we
carried out a drawing session with the children by asking them to draw what they like or what
comes to their mind at the moment. Some of the children asked us to teach them what they want.
We gave comments to their drawing when they took it for us to view after they have done it.
Next, we continued our activity- football session with the kids after a short break. All of us stood
in a circle and passed the football in the circle. Before we ended the first day at there, we have
bought 40 sets of lunch boxes for them.
Second day, the person in charge brought us to visit and brief us about the history of
orphanage after we arrived. We have conducted session with the children in the morning. We
have prepared few instruction papers for them to refer and make it step-by-step. After origami
activity, we joined the children to play the ball which made by newspaper and tape in the large
living room. After that, the children took their lunch and rest. The person in gave us a yellow
appreciation flag for our coming. Lastly, we have a group photo session with the children before
we ended our second day.

b) Analyzed and Problem Faced

For our event of visiting the orphanage home, we plan to have it as a one day event which
is from 9am-3pm. But, the management want us to break it down as a two days event due to the
reason that the schedule for the orphans has already been planned after 12pm. Although this is
not what we have planned, but we choose to accept it because it could be an advantage for us so
that we have the chance to know the children and get closer to them better in this way.
Unfortunately, one of our group member only able to make it on the first day of the event, and he
was sick on the second day. Therefore, we have to carry out the task which has already assigned
to him on the second day. In overall, the event was well organized as the activities carried out
makes the orphans felt happy to be with us and they were expecting us to visit them again next
time. However, these are some of the problems faced during the event:

This orphanage home has around 30 orphans and most of the orphans are below 12 years
old. Therefore, we have difficulties in carry out the activities as we have only group of
five to take care of 20 children at a time. Some of the children are fighting among
themselves and not listening to our instruction when we were carrying out the activities.
Luckily, the person in charge helps us to stop them from fighting and ask them to pay

attention to us.
Two of our group member were having communication problems with the children while
teaching the children on drawing. This is because we have members from Brunei and
Bangladesh and the orphans there were mostly Chinese educated and can only speak in
Mandarin. Therefore, the Chinese group members and the person in charge helps to
translate the idea and message between the orphans and the group members for the

tutorial on drawing.
There are two orphans who were having mental illness and they refuse to join us for the
event. Although we have tried our best to speak to them and to explain to them regarding
the activities to be carried out, but they did not want to listen to us and refuse to be friend
with us. They even hurt one of us by pinching the hand when we were speaking to them.
We did not angry and instead we felt sympathy to them as they were having mental
problems.

reintegration experiences of formerly institutionalized children at the RUMAH CHARIS
site in Cheras, Malaysia.
In August 2015 an article using RUMAH CHARIS data called "Child and caregiver
concordance of potentially traumatic events experienced by orphaned and abandoned
children" by D. G. Rajan et al. was published in Vulnerable Children and Youth Studies.
2. Report
Being as a member of the event, this help us to develop important characteristic.
As a team, we need to understand the role we play. The outcome of the event is success
but it would not able to be possible to success without several success factors. From the
pass few month our team has evaluate and improve our skill and ability to do critical
thinking and decision making for our event, this help our team to define our goal clearly
for our event and we also get help from our lecture and friends.
One of the important skill we learn in the event is the leadership skill, leadership
skill help our team to stick together and make decision. Being as a team we may have
some disagreement to the decision and also argument, the leadership skill help us a lot in
solving the argument. Leadership skill is useful in the future when we been hire by an
organization. As a leader, the result is not the only thing will be concern but also team
member take part in the progress. Leader need to be efficiently in communicate with their
team member about the program goal, and also the strategy that can lead their team
member to success. A true leader will be able to inspire and motivate the team member,
leader will be as a coach and a host in the team and guide the team member to produce
the best result. The leadership skill will not only help us to go further in our career
prospects but also help us get respect and agree of our credibility and decision making by
our member.
10

We also improve our communication skill in the event. Communication skill is

important in our life, an effective communication can help remove all barriers that came
in way. An effective communication will be create by the usage of words, speed of
delivery of words, pitch modulation and body language. During the Practical
Communication topic in the lecture class we learned the importance of professional
communication. Working as a team we need to be able to communicate effectively and
exchanged our ideas with the team member in order to come up with the best solution,
communication also enable everyone to channel their efforts equally to carry out the
given task.. Having a good communication skills is going to be huge benefit to us as we
could help the administration in organization in arriving quick decision and
implementation and we would be able to strengthen the relations between a groups of
people. Without communication, human will not able to grow the social group and a lot
of argument and trouble will be faced by the different country due to different culture of
the country. As a successful communicator we will be able to deliver talks with clear and
concise way, we are also able to conduct presentations in a professional way with good
skill of English language.
Another important skill we have learn from the event is time management skill,
we need to have good time management skill in order to lead the team to meet the
successful goal. Time management is be define as getting everything done in the specific
time. From the event we have organize, we learned that time management is considered
an important aspect of a team work before planning to get things done in a particular
period of time. Time management skill stands an important role in the workplace and has
lot of positive effects such as, ranging from making you a more focused and valuable
employee to reducing the stress of your job. During the lecture class lecture will divide us
into separate team and give us number of task and require us to finish the task in a
particular period of time, our time management skill is been trained at that moment. We
will need to divide the task with the team member in order to produce a quality outcome
in limited time given by the lecture. We were guided by our lecture and leader of our
team to divide our task and we have been working together to plan time management
before the event was launched. By using time management skill, we were able to do

11

complete tasks on time and procrastination was never an issue once we acquired better
time management skills.
Besides that, creativity marketing is another important skill we need in order to
make the event success by doing research about target user, exchange ideas, and seek
advice from others. This is because different people have different point of views and
they will accept input from anyone else who in a same position to assist them or offer
them information. Creativity marketing skill is important because different target user
will get attract by different things, unchanged idea maybe will no fail but it will not
attract people like the idea we do research about the target user. Creativity marketing skill
will support your idea become more attractive and help yours idea to success more easily
and be agree by others more easily. By having Creativity marketing skill we are able to
bring out the idea faster and attractive than others, this will bring great benefit in our
future because you are stand on the front of all other competitors. During the lecture class
lecture will give us some task and the example output of the task, by training our
creativity marketing skill we are able to come out with a more quality output and it
maybe new from other because it come out from the new view point.
Based on the critical evaluation and analysis stated above, it is clearly stated that
leadership skill, time management skill, communication skill, and, creativity marketing
skill are important factors that can contributed to the success of the project. These skills
are able to benefit our team members in a very significant way and were able to expand
our responsibility and that is a huge gain of characteristic properties.

is compulsory to be a member of the professional body in some profession such as Accountant.
Professional body helps in career both before and after you graduate by providing support and
training.

20

The British Computer Society (BCS) is the professional body for the people who are working
in the IT field. They have been known as the Chartered Institute of IT since the year of 1984. The
role of the BCS includes (Alison Learning, 2012):

Main objective is to develop the status of IT Professionals by working with government,

employers, academics and other bodies.

To promote the study and application of communications technology and computing

technology.
Demonstrates professional competence and gives professional recognition to IT

Codes of Conduct
The code of conduct is a set of rules that outline the responsibilities of proper practices for an
individual or organization. Professional code of conduct for British Computer Society are:

All members are required to undertake professional development activities as a condition

of membership. Continuing professional development activities should broaden your

Should emphasise that computer professionals only participate in development tasks, the
objectives and context of which have been made explicit.

In ethical view, every interviewee should have answer the interview questions honestly without
giving answers that you think it is preferred by the interviewer.

Individual Reflection
Throughout the planning, organising, executing of the event, I have found out that being part of
the group members and taken part in this event is vitally important for me in developing myself.
There are numerous of aspects I have learnt throughout this event and I believe these aspects
helps me in becoming a better graduates or even a more successful individual. Most importantly,
the key element of working in a group and to come out with a good piece of group work is to
22

have a good teamwork among the group members. I am glad that I have amazing teammates who
are able to support my ideas and additionally come out with their own ideas during the
discussion and planning of the event. Besides, our team chemistry in working out for this project
is excellent as we are able to combine the efforts and abilities of members in the right way. This
is because we have no leaders in our group therefore we have to select the task on our own and
execute it with our own abilities without anyone monitoring. Instead, we work in a way that we
seek advice and solution from other group members when we come to difficulties. There is a fact
that I cannot denied after organising this event successfully, positive attitude towards the group
would definitely help in group discussion, executing task and forgiving the mistake done by
group members.
There is a lot of challenges we faced during the event, but we working as a group has overcame
it by helping each other. I help to translate the message between my group member who cannot
speak Chinese and the orphans who did not understand English. My group member appreciated
my favour in translating the message and complimenting me for helping him to overcome the
communication problem. Besides being helpful in this event, I realised that my communication
skills was sharpened in this event. During discussion, we were all brainstorming the ideas for the
activities to be carried out with the children. I am confident enough to present my ideas to the
group because the communication in the group is in all direction since there is no leader in the
group. This makes me enjoy working in a group because things could get done faster and easier
compare to working alone. Lastly, I realised that I was able to be more open minded after the
event of mixing with the orphans. I felt pity for them as they do not have parents during their
childhood days and in the same time I felt so grateful to have my parents, siblings as my life
companion since the day I have born.

I found this module valuable and crucially important as the lesson learnt could be great use for
my betterment as an individual. We have covered several topics in this module and I found that
these three topics very interesting such as the career development, practical communication
skills. Firstly, I would say that to communicate well will be one of the key success factor for a
graduate. This is because we get to build up our network by communicating with others or even
we make new friends by exchanging ideas with them. In the topic of practical communication
23

skills, we have identified our learning styles and as a result we are able to focus on that style in
order to develop ourselves. Also, we are able to improve the body language while we are talking
to others as body language plays an important role is encouraging and discouraging the other
party. Besides, in career development skills, we were taught with the personal branding and
verbal business card. I found verbal business card more interesting because I have never heard
about this term before until we were taught. We need to have a clear image on who we are, what
we do and what do we want in creating our verbal business card. The skill of summarizing is
important here as we are required to speak our business in 30 seconds or less so that our listener
will not lose attention to us. In fact, powerful verbal business card always grab us an opportunity
to be offered or to get promoted.
The two topics above actually helps me a lot in identifying and improving my strength and
weakness. I have found out that I am a kinesthetic learning style where I am really active and
likes hands on activity during the lesson. In addition, I knew that I am good in communication as
I am not afraid of initiating topic with others and my body language will always attract the
listener attention while I am speaking. Being able to identify my strength as a kinesthetic learner
helps me possess my character traits of an active person. Besides, good in communication helps
me to make a lot of friends in the college. This brings me an advantage that my friends will give
me a hand whenever I need them. However, I think my weaknesses is that I am not able to create
my own personal brand because I failed some of the laws of personal brand so badly. For
instance, I am not a persistence person when doing my work at which I used to give up easily
whenever I have encountered problems. Although I am good in communication, but I think I
have to improve on my communication skills and make it short, simple, and important as this is
essential for the verbal business card in my career development. I should summarize my speech
in a way that is easily remember by others and also it contains the main points that I want to
convey.
My development plans to address the weaknesses that I have is I will set my goals, determine my
motivation, and form my mastermind group. Setting up goals allows me to know the things that I
would like to achieve and I would definitely fight for it no matter how hard it is. Determining my
motivation actually helps me keep moving in my life and it acts as an encouragement for me
whenever I have encountered problems. Mastermind Group composes of people who can help
you succeed towards your goal. Therefore, forming mastermind group would help me better in
24

persistence as they will give me advice on things that I need. By doing so, I will learn not to give
up easily as they will back me up most of the times. In order to sharpen my skills on
summarizing speech, I will to join Debate and Toastmaster Society in the college as it helps me
to convey message in a shorter and simpler way. This society offers training and competition for
the members and it does helps to improve the members abilities. By doing so, I believe that my
weaknesses can be all addressed and I will become a better person in the future.

Role of Professional Bodies

A professional body is a group of people in a learned occupation who are entrusted with
maintaining control or oversight of the legitimate practice of the occupation (Harvey, 2004). One
of the professional bodies is British Computer Science (BCS) which founded in year 1957.
British Computer Science (BCS) is a body that represent people who work in information
technology field in United Kingdom and internationally. Besides, British Computer Science
32

(BCS) encourage the connection between experts from industry or business to produce new
ideas, academic and knowledge sharing. British Computer Science (BCS) plays many roles in
this industry, below are some of the roles.
To launch and keep the debate active on IT strategic issues.
To cultivate the study and application technology and computing technology.
To proceed the knowledge and academic study for the advantages of the
practitioners and the general public.
To aid build the computing skills and technology.
To provides university courses and company training schemes.
To maintain the relationship and coalition between the extensive range of
professional and government bodies.
(Anon., 2015)

Codes of Conduct
Corporate codes of conduct are a practical corporate social responsibility (CSR) instrument
commonly used to govern employee behavior and establish a socially responsible organizational
culture (Erwin, 2011).
British Computer Science has their own sets of professional codes of conduct also. Below are
some of the codes of conduct.

33

Urge the members to be judicious or wise enough of public safety and environment as
well as they serve everyone with respect and noble.
Carrying out every activity in a professional manner by concerning the interests of
employer and perform their personal opinion to reach the satisfaction of the code and
look for advice if necessary.
Professional Ethics
A corresponding study of Information Technology (IT) professionals ethics has led to the
conclusion that good ethics in the development and uses of information technology correspond to
the basic business principle that good ethics is good business (Payne, 2005). For a professional
body such as British Computer Society, these ethics may be applied during an interview in the
suggested ways below to determine an individuals behaviors (Naagarazan, 2006).

lie the interviewer by telling what they didnt done or experienced before.

34

Individual Reflection
It is very important for the undergraduate students to learn this subject because it helps
the undergraduate students to reflect critically and evaluate personal development and career
goals. Personal development planning has become part of the mainstream higher education
institutional agenda. Moreover, this module also helps the undergraduate students who are intend
to get a graduate level job and want to progress along a career path. After studying this module,
students are able to understand the difference of the working world and the students life. I
believed that academic qualifications are not adequate and being involved in the extracurricular
pursuits will help to improve individuals academic grades and knowledge.
After the event, I had realized the difference of doing group work and individual work. I
have learnt to be a team member to cooperate with other group members instead of doing
everything by myself. I have learnt teamwork and was able to work with other group members to
plan and carry out the event successfully. Before anything was carried out, I have discussed
together with my group members to get the best choice then only make the final decision.
Besides, I also learned to be open-minded person when judgement or idea rejection by other
group members to myself. I was start learning to accept criticism or recommendation which are
good for myself to grow up in mentality and to be a better person. Furthermore, I have learnt
how to communicate with some of my group members who come from different cultures with
me, I have tried to avoid the misunderstanding between us by knowing their cultures before work
with them.
Moreover, I also discovered my strength throughout this event which is helping my group
members to overcome problems they faced. I helped my group members to communicate and
make changes of our food order with the staff when he couldnt communicate with the food stall
people. I was able to give ideas when the brainstorming session to solve certain problems that we
faced. I also able to be open-minded when my ideas are decline by the group members which
they think it is not appropriate. However, I have found out that my weakness in this event
planning process. I was easily get angry when the plan was not following my expectation and
this made me feel stressed and tensions. Other than that, my time management is not good
enough because I failed to complete the tasks in the given time and keep procrastinating the
work.
35

Time management is a very useful skill that all of us should master and apply in our daily
life. We should plan our timetable before carrying out the things that we should do in the given
time. We must follow the schedule accordingly so that we could finish the tasks or works on time
instead of postponing again and again. Furthermore, we should prioritize the tasks when we
planning our timetable, which one should be completed first. There are plenty of advantages of
time management in our daily life and working environment. We could produce the assignments
in quality and punctually by fostering the time management practice in our daily life. With a
good time management, we will not be stressed when tons of tasks is waiting for us to complete.
People with these abilities will profit their colleagues and group members by not giving them
trouble of completing tasks of their own parts.

Individual Reflection
Extracurricular activities is important to us especially when we do the activities in a
group. Extracurricular activities helps connect people from different culture, religion, and
54

country. The event is considered one of the extracurricular activities organized by the lecturer
and our team of the module and we were assigned to do a report based on the event that was held
on 1st August and 2nd August. When I and the team organizing the event, we meet different
people and in the first we are all not well know each other. By organizing the event with the
team, we learn a lot about our team member such as they culture, religion, the way they think,
and the point they view. This help me and the team grow our knowledge and learn respect each
other.
Professional and Enterprise Development is a very useful module that helps us a lot in
organizing the event. The topics of Professional and Enterprise Development have bring out a lot
of value and it is very useful in identify and improve our strengths and weaknesses. "Career
Element, Curriculum Vitae and Cover Letter" teach us about key features of a CV, covering letter
and application form. "Practical Communications" talk about communication skills for
professionals, and how to manage conflict and negotiation. "Creativity and the Business Idea"
teach us importance of marketing research, examine the marketing concept: philosophy,
segmentation, and consumer orientation, and the establish the areas vital to marketing planning.
"Introduction to Project Management" show us the main tasks involved in project management,
and describe the range of skills required for successful project management. "Professional Issues
& Computer Ethics" teach us about identify the difference between professional obligations and
legal obligations, and discuss about the relevance of Codes of Ethics. All of the topic above is
very useful even we have graduate from the university. "Career Element, Curriculum Vitae and
Cover Letter" will help us to find a job because to get an interview from a company we will need
to have skill to write a formal CV and cover letter, without this we couldn't even get an interview
from a company. After we get into an interview, a professional communication skill is require for
you to bring out a quality outcome to answer the interview question. Moreover we may meet a
team in our job, that's why a professional communication skill will be useful because to success a
group project all member should be able to exchange information. While we doing the project,
we will need creativity marketing skill to do some market research to know who is our target
user, what is characteristic of our target user, and how are we going to attract our target user. At
the same time, we need to manage our team and discuss about the skill we need so that we can
lead our team to success and reduce the risk of failure of the project. Then we will need to make
a quality presentation to our consumer in order to make our consumer agree our idea. Besides
55

that, we need to remember our professional obligations and the legal obligations. We need to lead
our project to success is not equal to we can ignore the ethical behavior, go against the ethical
behavior will cause great issues to us and the company.
Throughout my experience in the event, I have learned a lot, which could be of great use
for my individual improvement. I have learned to understand my role as a team member in the
event and identify my strengths and weaknesses from the event. From the event, I found that I
have better creative thinking skill than others to make suggestion about the activities our team
can be use in the event by knowing the age group of the orphanage. Moreover, I also good in
managing my time and task so I could able to complete my part of the project in particular time. I
believe that I could still improve the skill I have mentioned above so I could have better
competency and greater possibility to success in my career in the future. On the other hand, I
also realise that I have weak communication skill compare with my team member. I found that I
couldn't present my idea clearly to others and this make our team member delay their schedule
once. This is a critical threat to me because the failure of communication cause a huge issue to
me, team members, and also the consumer. I would like to make improve on my communication
skill because it can cause great effect on the final outcome and I would like to cause my final
outcome as a negative result.
In order to improve my communication skill, I plan to improve my English in order to
communicate with my member easier and deliver my message more clearly to others. To meet
the goal I will need to read more English article and use more English to communicate in my
life. Moreover I would like to look for the example of body language such as the hand gesture,
eye contact, and tone of voice. Body language is able to help the information we deliver to keep
in memory more easier because 55% of body language will be transmit during communication
while words and tone of voice are only 7% and 38%. The development of good communication
skills take time, patience, and practice and I believe that I am ready to take the challenge since it
would be useful for me in the rest of my life.

Individual Reflection
62

My fieldwork experience involved working with Rumah Charis Orphanage, Cheras, Malaysia.
Fieldwork enables one to become actively involved in the work environment, by both observing
students in their natural habitat and participating in various lessons and class activities with the
students. For example, during my fieldwork experience this semester, I was assigned as a group
member to work with for a two days sessions of four hours. During this time, I both observed
students are studying and working independently on science content related tasks, such as
reading his textbook and answering assigned questions, and on another day I was able to assist
him in building a tinfoil boat to test how many pennies it could carry in water. As a pre-service
teacher, one is able to absorb helpful hints and tips to do or use in his or her classroom, and is
provided with an opportunity to gain some experience in teaching, as fieldwork is an indication
of what ones classroom will function as or be like one day. Observing how the classroom is
organized is even beneficial for an individual studying to become a teacher, as classroom
organization is important for both the teacher and his or her students to function in the classroom.
For example, would it be best to face the students desks away from the windows, or allow the
students to look out beyond the windows? As I have seen and witnessed during past fieldwork
experiences, seating students facing the windows has lead to increased levels of distraction and
inattention. However, I may have never realized how important the seating arrangement in a
classroom could be unless I observed a real, functional classroom through my fieldwork
opportunities. Therefore, fieldwork provides future teachers with many opportunities and
meaningful experiences to be prepared for both student teaching and having their own
classrooms sometime in the future.

Conclusion
63

Although we have faced several obstacles when organising this event, but luckily we still able to
complete the event or project successfully. During this project, we have learned many positive
values from every each of our group members. We communicated well and plan the project
successfully. We had the opportunity to find out our own interpersonal skills and weakness.
Laconically, our group works had been distributed equally to each one of us and all of us were
happy of it.
