Responsible for the overall operations of stores in the South West, which included analysis and assessment
of results and KPIs on a daily basis.
Turned around the Companys poorest performing district and moved sales from -18% to +3% in the first
year. Consistent top 3rd results throughout tenure.
o Reviewed and analyzed each business. Assessed teams and replaced 8 store managers with ones
that had a record of producing results, were customer focused, energetic and engaging.
