Please ensure you print your ticket, not just your confirmation letter. If you have purchased
multiple tickets, remember to print each of them out separately. You may also present your ticket
on your mobile phone. Please ensure your ticket is loaded and ready for presentation.
3D tickets do not include glasses. Please recycle and bring your own, or purchase at the venue for
$1.
Please treat your ticket like cash. Each online ticket can be identified by a unique booking code
and can only be redeemed once. In the event multiple copies of one code are presented at the
venue, the organiser or venue may refuse entry to all ticket holders presenting tickets with the
same code.
For concession tickets, please ensure you bring your ID or membership card and present at
cinema upon request. Failure to do so will result in the full ticket price being charged.
When entering screenings with an age restriction in place, appropriate identification must be
shown. If suitable ID is not presented, you may be refused entry to the event.
Tickets can not be refunded or exchanged once issued, except in accordance with the applicable
laws of New Zealand.
The organiser or venue reserve the right without refund of any amount paid to refuse admission,
or eject any person whose behaviour does not comply with the rules and regulations set forth by
the venue.
