Home Direct Orders

If you enroll in the Home Direct Program you will receive your selected products every month. Your order
will be shipped and credit card will be charged 30 days from your initial order date each month. You may
cancel your Home Direct Order at any time. However, to avoid a charge on your card, you must cancel your
order the day before your next scheduled ship date. To cancel, please contact Team Beachbody Customer
Service at (800) 470-7870.

Product Satisfaction Guarantee

Team Beachbody offers a 100% money-back satisfaction guarantee (less shipping and handling charges) to
all customers, retail customers, and Coaches for all of its products. Please review the specific guarantee
with each applicable product (from 30 days to 90 days depending on the product).

Return Procedures
The following procedures apply to all returns for refund, repurchase, or exchange:
• All merchandise must be returned directly to Team Beachbody’s fulfillment center according to the
directions on the packing slip by the Coach or customer who purchased it directly from Team Beachbody.
• All products to be returned must have a Return Authorization Number which is obtained by calling the Team
Beachbody Customer Service Department at (800) 470-7870. This Return Authorization Number must be
written on each carton returned.
• The return must be accompanied by:
(a) a copy of the original dated retail sales receipt; and
(b) the unused portion of the product in its original container.
Proper shipping carton(s) and packing materials are to be used in packaging the product(s) being returned
for replacement, and the best and most economical means of shipping is suggested. All returns must be
shipped to Team Beachbody with shipping pre-paid. Team Beachbody does not accept shipping-collect
packages. The risk of loss in shipping for returned product shall be on the Coach. If returned product is not
received by the Company’s Distribution Center, it is the responsibility of the Coach to trace the shipment.
• If a Coach is returning merchandise to Team Beachbody that was returned to him or her by a personal retail
customer, the product must be received by Team Beachbody within thirty (30) days from the date on which
the retail customer returned the merchandise to the Coach, and must be accompanied by the sales receipt
the Coach gave to the customer at the time of the sale. No refund or replacement of product will be made
if the conditions of these rules are not met.
