belief that the defendant committed this crime

On 7/10/15, at approximately 10:00 PM Easton Conlon went to 728 W 4th Street in Odebolt. He then took out his knife and cut out a chunk of grass and
then pumped and sprayed round up across the whole front lawn in a line and swirl design thus killing the grass.
