Cash not received from ATM but amount deducted

Sir,
I used my SBI ATM card to withdraw Rs.5,000/- at Oriental Bank of Commerce ATM at
Adyar, Chennai-600 020 on 03/03/12. But money was not dispensed. I received the
slip with TXN No.2147 stating "sorry unable to process". But the money was debited twice
on 03/03/12 & 04/03/12 with the same TXN No.2147 on both the dates totally to the tune
of Rs.10,000/-. I never accessed the OBC's ATM on 04/03/12. In spite of that the amount
was debited on 04/03/12.
They have credited Rs.5,000/- which was debited on 03/03/12 on 13/03/12. But the
amount debited on 04/03/12 is not yet credited. I request you to kindly arrange to get back
Rs.5,000/- which was debited on 04/03/12.

I used my SBI ATM card to withdraw Rs.3,000/- at Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) ATM at
Lajpat Nagar-I, New Delhi 110024 on 18/06/12 at 11:25 Am. But money was
not dispensed stating "Temporarily unable to process". I received the slip with ATM ID
IOBD9216 ref No. 217007895986. I once again tried unsuccessfully with the same result (at
11:27 with same ATM ID and ref no. 217007895987).When I checked my account details
online I found to my shock that Rs. 3000/- was debited even though I did not get the cash
and despite the message on the receipt stating "Temporarily unable to process". I lodged a
complaint with SBI helpline on 18/06/12 at time 12:42 complaint no. AT 42925197637 and
was told not to worry as the amount may be reverted back into my account after 24 hrs.
Today is 21/06/2012 and aas yet the amount has not been credited back into my SBI
account. Hence I once again informed SBI helpline (Ms Monisha at 12:13 Am). I was told to
wait another 1 week. When I asked for a complaint number I was refused saying that they
cannot give another complaint number and that reminder has been sent to the ban through
email. I asked for email id which I was not given. However I was given one SMS number to
find status of my complaint. When I sent SMS I received a reply SMS "The Ticket No
AT42925197637 is recommended for closure by branch". However amount has still not been
credited back into my account.

I tried to withdraw money today (22.06.2012) from the SBI ATM at ECR Tiruvanmiyur
chennai 41. I tried to withdraw an amount of Rs. 500 first, but the machine displayed a
message "TRANSACTION TIMED OUT". I then tried to with draw Rs. 200 and i got the
money and transaction slip from which i found the amount has been debited. I did not get
cash or a transaction receipt slip for that 1st transaction Rs 500.
Kindly look in to the issue and see that my account is credited back with the required
amount at the earliest.
Please notify me of developments regarding the same.

sir,I, kumod kumar singh saving bank a/c 0148000400000061 PNB moti nagar branch.ON
2-6-2012 without disbursing the amount of Rs10000 was deducted from my account.I
complaint about this matter from toll free no. 18001802222 on 2-6 2012.My complaint
number 57869826. I have talked about this matter many times but no solution has been
given yet but the amount was not deposited in my account.They told me to meet with the
BRANCH MANAGER. BRANCH MANAGER told me that he is helpless regarding this matter. i
talked from toll free number again ,he told me to meet the BRANCH MANAGER.when i go to
the branch manager and wanted that branch manager may talk to toll free number.but they

(toll free number) refused to talk with the BRANCH MANAGER.They told me to send the
email.I requested you to refund my rs10000 as soon as possible with the interest of
18%.otherwise i will go to court..thanks..

Debited Money 4500 from SBI ATM

On 1 Aug 2012, i tried to withdraw 4500 from SBI ATM IN bangalore, but all in vain and it
shows Temporarily unable to process, but when i did it for the second time i got the cash of
4500 but, the total deduction comes to 9000. The details of my withdrawing are SBI KSRTC
BUS STAND BANGALORE. KINDLY LOOK INTO MY MATTER AT THE EARLIEST AND REFUND
ME MY MONEY.

i have a saving account on sbi bearing no-30009271730 i with-draw rs.4000.00from atm
s10a000059079 on dt.5.08.2012.with txn8114 but i have not receive any cash or slip from
atmachine.but same amount was debited from my account.i cpmplain the bank he told me
give a application.still the amount not credited to my account.

Money is Deducted from Account without withdrawing from Axis Bank Atm
Dear Sir/Madam ,
Money is deducted from my account without receiving money from ATM machine ,it has
been two it occured to me firstly an amount of RS.500 is deducted from my SBI A/c
31707225490 when I went To Axis bank Atm for withdrawing money at Chinthal Basthi ,
Hyderabad at Axis ATM machine TPCN14974 on 29-9-2012, then i made call to SBI Help
Line in response they said that the money will be transfered to Your A/c in 7 Working Days,
but till now i have not received money , again today i.e.on 8-10-2012 again the same
problem is repeated at the same atm machine and an amount of RS.400 is deducted
without receiving today .
So totally an amount of RS.900 is deducted from my a/c . So , I request you to please help
me in receiving money from the SBI . Also I request to Don't Encourage the unconditioned
Atm Machine usage in Withdrawing of Money.

I am using SBI Saving account on bearing Acc number-11620378861 i with-draw rs.300.00
in 29-9-2012 from Indian bank ATM Vijayawada near by Railway station branch but i have
not receive any cash or slip from atm but same amount was debited from my account.i
Have waited 15 days for the bank will reallocated the money in my account.but still the

amount not credited to my account.

Sir, I Jitesh Kumar Gupta a customer of SBI Panki branch Kanpur. I visited for withdrawal
Rs.10,000/- from ICICI ATM on 28.10.2012 & I completed all transaction for withdraw but
money not received and Rs.10,000/- has been deducted from my account. In this regard a
complaint has been made ATM guard register and also a complaint has registered to
SBI Customer Care on 28.10.12 and she given me a ticket No. i.e. AT42926659672. Next
day I also given an application to SBI Branch Manager Panki and request to credit the said
amount into my account. After 20 days Branch manager said that your case has been closed
to say that you received the said amount. Sir I belongs a poor family and presently my wife
is pregnant and hospitalize so i need money for her treatment. Sir i have proof that i not
received the amount. 1st ATM CCTV Footage on 28.10.2012. 2nd Entry in ATM Guard
register and his signature. Sir I hope that you will solve my problem. In this regard i ever
thankful to you sir.

Sir, I Mahesh Kumar Sharma a customer of Indian Bank branch Ratlam Account No.
759931527. I visited for withdrawal Rs.10,000/- from ICICI ATM Kasturba Nagar Ratlam on
02.12.2012 & I completed all transaction for withdraw but money not received and
Rs.10,000/- has been deducted from my account. Next day I given an application to Indian
Bank Ratlam Branch Manager and request to credit the said amount into my account. After
20 days Branch manager said that your case has been closed to say that you received the
said amount.
Sir I hope that you will solve my problem. In this regard i ever thankful to you sir.

I Shashi, holder of A/c No 26410000000388 with Bank of Baroda. I made 3 transactions on

02 Jan 13 for Rs 10000,10000 and 5000 respectivly. In Second transaction of Rs 10000,
neither I got the money nor the slip and the same was deducted from my account and is not
settled till date.
I Shashi Bedi, has a saving A/c bearing No 2643010000388 with Bank of Baroda, NHIV,
CGO Complex Faridabad. I made a transaction on 02 Jan 13 for Rs 10000 vide Txn No 1586
but neither received the money nor the statement and the money was debited in my
account. I came to know the Txn no from Mini statement received vide Ref No 948 of 21 Jan

13 which means the balance was not settled till then. My earlier complaint may please be
treated as cancelled as A/c No quted was not correct.

amount deducted but not received

sir, i am having amount in bob . I tried to withraw amount 4400 through ATM card at
allahabad bank atm on 24-02-2013, but not received the said amount and faced deduction
of same amoumt. After that i received siip mentioned UNABLE TO DESPENSE. Kindly help
what should i do.

amount deducted bu transaction failed

with due respect i rajan kumar ranjan , account holder of sbi (a/c no : 30806173135). on
1st march 2013 (time: 20:37), i used axis bank yamuna enclave atm point( ATM id :
S1AC2402) for the transaction of 1500/- rs but message shows transaction declined 072
unable to process and balance deducted from the account. so kindly credit the deducted
balance as soon as possible so that i can enjoy the service provided by the axis bank atm
outlet regularly .
