Hey, remember that little snow storm the region saw recently? Of
course you do. It ground housing market activity to a halt and we're
now seeing the stark evidence in our weekly numbers. Pending Sales ......... 3

For the week ending February 13 new listings in the MRIS region
dropped 1,200 units from the prior week and accepted offers dropped Active Listings ......... 4
900 units, as consumers understandably became more concerned with
shoveling and frozen pipes than with buying or selling real estate.
Most Recent Month
Activity in the following week is already showing signs of rebound, so
we can fully expect this large dip to be a temporary speed bump before
the spring market continues its ascent. Days on Market Until Sale ......... 5
