I realize that there are probably loopholes allowing broadcast to be All Trump, All of the Time, but he's
constantly on any news program I see these days. I barely see any of the other candidates.
This should be addressed by the Equal Time Rule.

Now that Mr Trump has declared his candidacy, I feel he has an unfair advantage through his several
TV programs, where his name and likeness are prominently displayed. It amounts to free advertizing for
his candidacy. I would like all his programs blocked from public air and cable subscriptions while he is a
political candidate, immediately.

Hi (b) (6)
Thank you for contacting the FCC to share your concerns about broadcast program material that you
find offensive, It is against federal law for a television or radio station to air obscene programming at
anytime, or to air indecent or profane material during the hours of 6 a.m. to 10p.m. The FCC is
charged with enforcing the law that governs the broadcast of such material.
For the FCC to consider whether a licensee has violated these requirements of the law, a complaint
must relate to particular programming, rather than express a general opinion. To proceed on a
complaint, the FCC must have information that includes the station that aired the programming material,
the date and time of day of the broadcast, a recording, transcript or description of the material
broadcasted. This will allow us to determine whether it is obscene, indecent or profane. Because your
complaint does not provide all of this information, we cannot proceed further with regard to your
allegations. Accordingly, we must close your complaint.
Your views and concerns about program material are important to us. You may refile your complaint
with this additional information. To expedite our consideration of your complaint, we recommend that
you submit it via the FCC's online Consumer Help Center at consumercomplaints.fcc.gov.
To assist you further, we are including links to information that discusses the law with respect to
indecent, profane and obscene broadcasts and our enforcement procedures.
We encourage you to convey your concerns, whether general or program-specific, directly to station

93.7 Breakfast club- is a part of the media" you gave "Donald J Trump the donkey of the day and called
his supporters stupid" Their are FCC rules that should be investigated because we are very hurt by your
comments on campaigns- I Etha Richards work on Trump USA team & supporter-They opted listener
not to vote for Trump because it was a game and that the supporters are the blame for high ratings.
They gave Trump donkey of the day with regards to insulting him & the supporters' I was very much
hurt because I am very active --Under your rules they cant do this or tell votes not to vote for another
person or call the supporters stupid.

The candidacy of Donald Trump is not questioned. But the continuous free media he is receiving from
various networks - ie, CNN, FOX, etc. -has forced viewers to see little of any other candidates, It would
seem that the media has chosen our next president without our votes. It would appear that no one is
doing a thing to give adequate coverage to other filed candidates. Is this not a problem for fair and
equal time to candidates?

On Tuesday July 21, 2015 I was watching the 'Jimmy Kimmel Show' on KOMO TV Seattle. He showed
Donald Trump giving the number of Senator Graham. They did not block out number as other shows
did but allowed the number to be broadcast. This is a clear violation of Federal and Washington State
law. Also a clear violation of FCC rules on public disclosure of private information.

On June 15 we are watching taped dvr program. Comcast recently sold us bundled service minus
phone service. Using xfinity, our taped show was interrupted with visual ad declaring Jeb Bush has
declared for GOP presidential nomination. We purchased service to avoid these types of unwanted ads.
But their new service allows them to trump our control over what goes on the screen. Why would they
run this if not to influence our political thinking? They have not done it for any other candidate.

Danbury, CT. This
violation occurred durring the Todd Schnitt radio show at 3:49 PM Monday August

10th 2015. The use of the tern "asshole" was used at that time by a caller while describing Donald
Trump after the Republican national debate. I find the language used by radio and TV over public
airwaves becoming more crass and vulgar over the the past several years and I look to the FCC to
enforce the decency standards that have been passed by congress in order to restore some level of
decency and civility to our culture.

Subject: Breadth & Balance of 'Public'-Coverage on 'Public'-Radio.
Good Sirs: This email relates to the seeming-Absence of a more-Accurate! Effective! Official-FCCDefinition of the Term-'Public', than that presently-adhered by Colorado Public Radio, Relative-To ItsProgramming, I measure.
My Dissatisfaction arising from the CPR-proclivity for determinedly-REFUSING Pointed! BalancedDISCUSSIONS of POLITICAL-F UNDAM ENTALS: Capitalist To Socialist, which ALWAYS-Affect Today's
Combative-Issues: which I Insist IS That-Part of Today's-'EDUCATION'.
CPR wandered on for 10-minutes-each, this Morning, Emotionally, about 'Negros in early-Denver', &
'Present-Aids'---for specific examples---but CPR-Refuses to cite-known Historic-Causes: respectively,
for, 'KKK-popularity in Denver', & 'Homosexual-Promiscuity'.
Wikipedia uses the expression, 'A Private, Not-For-Profit, Corporation.', and FCC uses the terms
'Educational Radio'---which then permits Entirely-Conservative-Format---as do Private-Schools, with
NEVER a mention of US-'Poverty'.
So I now realize that the contemporary Definition of 'Public', as to Radio, bares zero relationship to
'Concerns-About US-Society', and is entirely Guided-By, 'Populist-Desirability', supported primarily by a
continuum of Business-Advertisements--witness the bizarre-Popularity of Trump, leading by twice His next-rival's poll-Numbers, among
Conservative Presidential Candidates, and never a whimper-of Real-Political Cause: BEING, Extreme
Dislike for the Other-I 5, or so, Professional-Politicians.
I maintain, FCC has ALWAYS been Lax-About Media-Coverage of Political-Discussions:
yet the Political-Part of US-Awareness has Always-Been THE MOST-IMPORTANT:
because Politics-Affects ALL-Other US-Involvements:
and Thus, BUSINESS Spends-Enormously to CONTROL-Politics In-Business'-Favor:
NEVER-For-People---Witness-Jobs & Other-'People'- Issues. fc
