I realize that there are probably loopholes allowing broadcast to be All Trump, All of the Time, but he's
constantly on any news program I see these days. I barely see any of the other candidates.
This should be addressed by the Equal Time Rule.

Now that Mr Trump has declared his candidacy, I feel he has an unfair advantage through his several
TV programs, where his name and likeness are prominently displayed. It amounts to free advertizing for
his candidacy. I would like all his programs blocked from public air and cable subscriptions while he is a
political candidate, immediately.

Hi (b) (6)
Thank you for contacting the FCC to share your concerns about broadcast program material that you
find offensive, It is against federal law for a television or radio station to air obscene programming at
anytime, or to air indecent or profane material during the hours of 6 a.m. to 10p.m. The FCC is
charged with enforcing the law that governs the broadcast of such material.
For the FCC to consider whether a licensee has violated these requirements of the law, a complaint
must relate to particular programming, rather than express a general opinion. To proceed on a
complaint, the FCC must have information that includes the station that aired the programming material,
the date and time of day of the broadcast, a recording, transcript or description of the material
broadcasted. This will allow us to determine whether it is obscene, indecent or profane. Because your
complaint does not provide all of this information, we cannot proceed further with regard to your
allegations. Accordingly, we must close your complaint.
Your views and concerns about program material are important to us. You may refile your complaint
with this additional information. To expedite our consideration of your complaint, we recommend that
you submit it via the FCC's online Consumer Help Center at consumercomplaints.fcc.gov.
To assist you further, we are including links to information that discusses the law with respect to
indecent, profane and obscene broadcasts and our enforcement procedures.
We encourage you to convey your concerns, whether general or program-specific, directly to station

to sway the debate without merit They are constantly attacking Trump rather than running a fair debate

The candidacy of Donald Trump is not questioned. But the continuous free media he is receiving from
various networks - ie, CNN, FOX, etc. -has forced viewers to see little of any other candidates, It would
seem that the media has chosen our next president without our votes. It would appear that no one is
doing a thing to give adequate coverage to other filed candidates. Is this not a problem for fair and
equal time to candidates?

I am filing a complaint
for the use of a profane language broadcasted by our local radio station, WLAD
(6
)
Danbury, CT. This
violation occurred durring the Todd Schnitt radio show at 3:49 PM Monday August
10th 2015. The use of the tern "asshole" was used at that time by a caller while describing Donald
Trump after the Republican national debate. I find the language used by radio and TV over public
airwaves becoming more crass and vulgar over the the past several years and I look to the FCC to
enforce the decency standards that have been passed by congress in order to restore some level of
decency and civility to our culture.
