1 Prices offered in above table are on FOR Site basis .

2 The payment would be made as follows
a. 25% advance against purchase order
b. 60% against Bill of Lading against dispatch of material from China.
c. 15% against receipt of Material at site.
3 Price validity stands for 60 days from May 16, 2014
4 All possible tests including of fatigue test, static test, water tightness
test,etc
for integral cable system and so on , as well as for strand's particular
tests, or other qualification certificate if need upon to customers requests,
or the third party inspection or supervision if there is any, the relevant
expense and charges are not included in this offer.
Annexure B.
Installation
1. Charge of Installation of stay cables & Technical Service
:
Rs.40,00,000/(Service Tax as applicable shall be extra)
*Based on the quantity of strands is 100 Cables of 23 metre (Approx
Average Length) of stay cables. If the quantity is changed, the
construction cost shall be also revised.
2. Scope works by VSIL OVM

2.1 VSIL OVM is responsible for the erection & installation and
stressing of
50 Cables of 46 metre of stay cables.The details are as follows:
a. The provision of the special equipments for installing stay cable,
such as Jack,
Pump, ,etc, in charge of transportation of these equipments to

b. The provision of gauge calibration, the installation, operation and

dismantling
of OVM stressing equipments.
c.. The installation of stay cable including cleaning, installation of related
accessories
of stay cable such as anchorages, dampers ,HDPE pipes.
e. Stressing cables and adjust stressing force according to design
requirements .
f. The protection work for anchorages: installation of protective cap for
anchorage,
water-proof device, injection of anti-corrosion grease into anchorage and
protection
cap,etc..
f. The provision of mobilization and demobilization VSIL s engineers &
technical
workers to/from job site
2.2 VSIL OVM offers following technical services:
2.2.1 Operation instruction of equipments, including:
* Hydraulic Pumps
* Hydraulic Jacks
2.2.2. Instruction of Construction Technology:
* Installation of Anchorages
*Installation, stressing& anti-corrosion protection of stay cables
*Construction Program of stay cables
* offering related forms for recording of construction items.
3. VSIL OVM Quotation of installation of stay cables*

Technical services do not include following items:
3.1 Do not include the Positioning and installation of all Embedded components, such
as bearing plate,embedding pipes in girder,spiral reinforcement, etc)
3.2 Do not include any testing & inspection charges.
3.3 do not include cost of main materials, such as strand, anchorage, saddle, HDPE
pipe, anti-corrosion grease, etc.and the charge of transportation, inspection, storage of
these materials.
3.4 do not include the following common machines and tools necessary for construction:

4. Responsibilities of Main Contractor
a. The provision of construction place, construction platform and scaffold

satisfying the
stressing requirements.
b.The provision of lifting (tower crane and mobile crane etc.) and
transportation and
other equipments (such as small trucks and fork lift) for installation and
transporting
VSIL- OVM equipments and materials from storage place to job site.
c. The provision of adequate place for VSIL s materials, equipments storage
and
working office at job site.
d. The installation of embedded components, such as embedded pipe,
bearing plate,
etc on the deck and pylon.
e. The supply of water, electricity, access road and its necessary facilities.
f. The provision of necessary tools and assistance for VSIL to carry out the
erection and installation of cables.
g. Security of VSIL-OVM s materials, equipments and employees. The
arrangement of
Employees Compensation Insurance Policy to cover all employees of VSILOVM
who are employed on Site.
h. Payment of indemnity for cost of cable installation damage not caused by
VSIL-OVM.
i. All risk insurance covering liability of VSIL for construction damage and
other
conditions including CAR, TPL, Fire, theft etc.
j. Monitoring of whole bridge during construction.(Surveyors,Surveying
Instruments,etc)
k. Supplying common machines and tools
l. Supplying necessary working facilities for VSIL employees:

5. Payment Terms for Installation

i. 20 % Advance alongwith work order
ii 30 % of the total price shall be paid on receipt of Equipments and VSIL
team enters
job site.
iii. Balance Payment on installation & Stressing of cables on pro rata basis
against R A
Bills.
6. Remark
The validity of the quotation is 60 days from May 16, 2014.
