Job Profile

Study and interpretation of fabrication drawings and symbols

Verification of nozzle cut-out locations as per fabrication drawings
WEP , Setup / Fit up, and Weld Visual Examination,
Surveillance during welding to ensure the use of approved welding
parameters.
Use of various optical instruments for verifying marking, alignment
and flatness
Identifying defects and acceptability w.r.t. specification and end use.
Post weld heat treatment
Raising Non Conformity Report and resolving the same.
Review of NDT Test Report with TPI or Client.
Inspection of joints fit up, alignment and dimensional accuracy as
per drawing requirements.
Maintaining welding inspection/NDT reports and record tracking.
Preparation of welding inspection summary/Joint tracking log.
Inspection of joints fit up, alignment and dimensional accuracy as
per drawing requirements
Offering of NDT Test involves to Inspection Agency & Approve.
Client Specification & Approved Drawing.
Witness of welding procedure qualification, welder performance
qualification & approval.
Piping, volve, reduser, nozzel, suport, etc. And Good knowledge
isometric drawing.
