I was appointed as the Supervising Consultant to the State Trading Corporation for
the implementation of QMS based on MS ISO 9001:2000. The Consultant is TQM
Ltd. STC obtained its certification in October 2005.

I am the consultant for implementing a Quality Assurance System as per the

requirement of the Tertiary Education Commission at the Mauritius College of the
Air.

In addition to the above, I prepared the entry documentation of the MAB for the
NATIONAL QUALITY AWARD competition (2001). (Note: the MAB was awarded a
special mention at the National Quality Award and the best prize for process
Management. The MAB is the first organisation in the public sector to reach this
level of excellence).

I was a member of the Task Force set up by the Ministry of Civil Service Affairs to
develop a framework for Total Quality Management in the Public Sector (2002).
