Here's a quick summary of our Solar Campaign for residential customers


---leads will be delivered via warm transfer to our inbound QC agents at our
partner center/s. Ill prepare a publisher agreement for this campaign that
both parties will need to sign if everything is clear and agreeable, and
thereafter will provide you the inbound phone number and specific posting
instructions for the data. Details are below.
Criteria for valid leads:
1.

Zip Codes OR Telephone Area Codes from the attached file. Zip codes
are broader so we suggest filtering your data by zip codes. If you
cannot filter by zips, then area codes are a good approximation for the
same territories.

Electric Utility Company from the attached document

3.

Homeowner of single-family home. Rental units, condos, apartments,


mobile home, and other multi-families are not valid

4.

Electric bill must be greater than an Average of $100 per month

5.

No medical benefits or incentives from the government, No billing


discount

6.

Roof must be clear of trees and NOT shaded.

7.

Credit Rating of Good or Excellent. Note we do not need actual credit


scores; we just need leads with good credit and above. CREDIT
SCORE RATINGS (Reference Credit Score range): Excellent (750+),
Good (700-750), Average (640-700), Poor (580-640), Bad (Below 580).

Your team will need to collect and deliver to us by posting the following
information:

Guidelines for the pitch that your agents can use:

Our agency: Going Green is a no-cost, no-obligation, risk-free service


dedicated to providing solar estimates to anyone interested in lowering
their electricity bill and going green

Your agents cannot pitch this as government sponsored program, and


cannot pitch that solar is free. Here is wording that can be used:

Regarding savings: "Government programs are available to save


up to 50% off solar" or "You can save up to 50% off solar with
government rebates & incentives"

Regarding the financing/leasing: "Pay little to nothing upfront if


you qualify for leasing/financing programs."

Regarding questions about Free/no cost solar: "Solar is not free,


however, there are programs to help you go solar for little to
nothing upfront and overall reduce your monthly bills. If you have
bad credit, the only option is to pay cash upfront for a system.

Payment cycle - The payment cycle will be bi-weekly, Leads sent from the 1st - 15th of

the month will be billed on the end of the month, whilst Leads sent from the 16th until last
day of the month will be billed on the 15th of next month, however delays might occur if
payment falls during Monday, Saturday and Sunday --- payment will follow PST (Pacific Time
zone), Delays might also occur due to wire transfer process (Maximum of one (1) week).
Wire transfer charges will be shouldered by the Call Center unless sales are beyond
expected quota.

Payment can be processed via direct transfer to local bank, and Western
Union only. Money owed invoices that are thirty (30) days or more overdue
will not be honored --- Please take note there is a delay for confirmation this
is normally an "increase" rather than decrease of sales as those that were
stuck in QC for call backs become live as SOLD.
FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions):

Dialer and VoIP we dont provide dialer and VoIP to our partner
center/s, if you are looking for cheaper option for Cloud Dialer and VoIP
we can refer you to our telecom partner/s.

Data calling data is not provided, please take note that all data must
be scrubbed against NDNC (National Do Not Call) Registry, you may
refer to https://telemarketing.donotcall.gov/ for more information. We
also offer DNC scrubbing for 100 USD per month.

Dialing hours shift will start at 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (PST)

Appointment setting we can possibly work on appointment setting


basis instead of warm transfer to our QC agents, however we strongly
discourage this type of process due to delay in verification process.

Training - we provide training materials, script, and train your trainer or


team leader about the process to let your team get the numbers they
need during operations
