VENDOR APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Copy: Please make a copy of all pages of this application for

your records.
2. Acceptance: You will be notified of your acceptance status
on or before April 30th 2010. Applications will be allowed up
until April 30th, 2009. But there is no guarantee of space
being available after the April 30th , 2010.
3. Cancellation of Event: If weather, acts of God, or other
circumstances beyond the control of How Weird Street fair
causes the event to be canceled, participation fees will not be
returned.
4. Space Assignment and Final Instructions: Accepted
Vendors will receive a final information no later than April 30th
2010. This will include space assignment, as well as detailed
day of the event, load-in and load-out instructions.

VENDOR RELEASE & HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

GZP is in the business of providing space at the How Weird Street

Fair San Francisco event for the display and sale of arts or crafts,
commercial goods, food, small business/information and non-profit
booths.

GZP and Festival Coordinator do not participate in the

construction or assembly of the individual Vendor’s exhibit.
Festival Coordinator, on behalf of GZP, provides space only at the
event.
 The Vendor hereby indemnifies and holds how weird festival, its
agents, employees and the Client, its agents, employees,
harmless from any and all claims, including costs and attorney’s
fees resulting from, arising out of said Vendor’s participation in
this event. For the purposes of this agreement, the term
“participation” shall include, but not be limited to, the delivery of
equipment, merchandise, structures and product to their
designated location, the set up and display of any such structure
and arts or crafts, and the dismantling and removal of all such
items from the area provided by or through the Producer or its
agents, employees or the Client or its agents, employees.

The Vendor hereby expressly assumes any risk of harm to the

Vendor arising out of their participation and the participation of
other artists in How Weird street Fair San Francisco, including
any risk resulting from the particular location of the space
designated to them by the Festival Coordinator.

This agreement shall be effective immediately upon execution

and shall continue in effect throughout the event period.
