1.Amezcua wellness centre

-offers

a comprehensive approach to health care with a combination of alternative medical

services, wellness therapies, spa treatments and fitness activities implemented under the
supervision of a Medical Director/Doctor and supported by a staff of well-trained licensed
professionals who care for, and pamper clients with 5-star service throughout their visit.
Their main advocacy is "Preventive health through natural medicine". They detect weaknesses
in the system before any symptoms of disease manifest themselves, and then prescribe natural
therapies that strengthen the immune system, with the aim of preventing the illness from
occurring. This is a more pro-active and effective approach than the conventional practice of
visiting a doctor only when symptoms of illness have manifested themselves, and then being
prescribed synthetic medicines that cure the symptoms, but not the root cause of the problem.
Amezcua is the only establishment in its category that stays true to the definition of a medical
spa by offering all three required components - medical services, spa treatments, and fitness
activities.
Amezcua Wellness Centre is an oasis for serenity and rejuvenation with its combination of
integrative diagnostic and screening facilities, spa treatments, wellness therapies, and fitness
activities designed to guide one towards a healthy lifestyle.

4.CHI, The Spa at Shangri-La

CHI, The Spa at Shangri-La draws inspiration from the origins of the Shangri-La legend, a place of personal peace,
enchantment and well-being.
Shangri-La Hotel, Edsa, brings to Manila CHI, The Spa, a private sanctuary of calm, personal space and
timelessness in a "spa within a spa" concept.
Nestled in the hotel's Garden Wing, this luxury spa features a variety of single, double and specialty treatment suites.
There are also outdoor bathing facilities, relaxation lounges, a library and a yoga studio with classes. CHI offers
treatments based on Chinese and native Philippines healing concepts, including the traditional Hilotmassage.
In traditional Chinese philosophy, chi or "Qi" is the universal life force that governs well-being and personal vitality.
For good health to be maintained, it is believed thatchi must flow freely within the body and, when blocked, "disease" and illness follow.
Movement is therefore a key element in releasing blockages. Body massage, exercise, stretching, hydrotherapy, and
movement of the mind through relaxation and meditation combine to assist the body's natural renewal and form the
basis of the CHI spa philosophy.

North Haven is a humble spa located in Ferguson Road, Baguio City. Actually, its
just down the hill from our house in Baguio thats why I cant believe that this was
just my first time to go there when in fact, its under my nose all this time. North
Haven Spa is featured in Philippine Magazines as one of the most unique and best
spas in the Philippines. Its Cordillerian inspired which makes it a classical
experience especially to the people from the lowlands of the Philippines. It has 2
branches in Baguio. One is newly opened in Casa Vallejo just besides SM Baguio.
They have a 3 year contract on that location so if you plan to go there, you should
go now. But based on my experience and what I know, their branch in Ferguson
Road is a lot better than that of Casa Vallejo. Youll really experience that you are
one with nature when youre in their main branch plush they have a sauna in here. I
always pass by their entrance but all my life, I was not yet able to see whats inside
those towering walls. But my curiosity was answered just this Saturday, I saw and
experienced things that I enjoyed and wanting to have more.
