Dear Sir,
I am a transferee and is currently a fourth year law student aiming to graduate on March
2016. I have been asked to follow the 2012 JD Curriculum during the enrollment last semester
which led me to complete three (3) minor subjects with a total of 6 units (Agrarian law, Human
Rights, and SPIL) under the said curriculum but I was not allowed to follow the same program
this semester due to the fact that the fourth year subjects under it are apparently not yet
available until the next school year. I brought this matter to you last November 14, 2014 and
was given the approval to offset those 6 units mistakenly completed to any subject provided it is
offered under the 2010 syllabus and a minor subject.
