My Constitution

Abstract
We the nation of Utopia in order to create a perfect nation, establish justice,
freedom, freedom of speech, opportunities, peace in a form of a constitution
whereby everyone shall be treated equally and promote the general welfare and
protect the peace and the blessing of this nation. Therefore, I Mohamed
Houssein Abdillahi shall proclaim to be the State, the Commander in chief, the
President, the King, the Judge, the Executioner, the Jury, the People, the
Protector and the Peace maker. This constitution shall not be regarded as an
obligation to do so rather a choice presented in front for the people to live a
peaceful and rightful life. This constitution shall not be perceived as
propaganda or a political strategy to obtain power and misuse it but merely to
convince the People that tales can exist and it is a matter of how it shall be
created and retain it without compromising the trust and the freedom of whom
this constitution is set for.

2. Legislature
All rules and regulations shall be created equally and be vested in a Council
house before been approved by the State.

2.1 The State

I, the State of the nation stand before the People under Oath that I took
responsibility to guide this nation to its better and swear that any wrongdoings
shall be prosecuted from any man wishing to act selfishly to satisfy personal
needs. The State shall have the sole power in the benefit of the People. When
the State is on a mission, the Chief Justice shall fill the absence, but requires
permission/evaluation from the State before making a final decision. The State
cannot be dismissed, abdicated or resigned as its main role is to remain the
leader, the head and shall remain so till the end.

2.2 The Council House

The Council House is a body solely created to establish rules and will remain
closely with the State to discuss important matters such as the security of the
nation, the development of weapons, experiments and the long term strategies for
preserving the human rights and the stability of the nation.

2.3 Elections
Every five years, election shall be held. The place, the dates will be assigned
from the State 18 months prior the events. Candidates wishing to seat in the
Council house must meet certain requirements before conducting their
candidaciesi. Every candidate shall tour the nation to collect as many as votes
possible through their campaigns and the State shall monitor the latter to

prevent misleading information or political manoeuvre or false hopes in order to

obtain more votes than others. No candidates after been elected shall exert civil
functions or any sort of functions without consulting the State.

3. Culture
Utopia shall be populated by pure people who understand the importance of
culture and its diversities. No one shall be forced to leave their beliefs and their
culture in favor of others. This nation will possess diverse culture and religion
as long as mutual respect and understanding are in place. Everyone will be free
to choose and practice a religion they feel comfortable secure and loved. No one
shall be prosecuted due their ethnicity and tribes affiliations. Prosecutors shall
be prosecuted for violation of human rights and will be sentenced to a maximum
of 10 years without possible appeals. We strive to create a place where no sins
or abuses will be permitted.

4. Opportunities
Everyone will have a chance to do whatever they set their minds to it.
Opportunities will be provided to all mankind living in the nation regardless of
their skins colors, their affiliations, their genders, their status, their incomes,
their social class, their ages. Everyone will have an equal chance to work and
get experiences from life without been nagged about unnecessary elements.

5. Recreation
I, the State the peace makes shall legalizes the consumption of cannabis and
discourages the consumption of others chemicals substances other than cannabis.
The consumption shall be held in indoors in special places (coffee shops) to
avoid promoting the substance to minors. It is against the law to admit minor
into those places without the consent of their parents or have an adult with them.
The consumption will be allowed when they will reach the legal age. The
consumption of chemicals substances is a crime against the law and punishments
shall be applied to those been caught. The consumption of alcohol is tolerated as
long as it is consumed in indoors and out of reach of children and teens. The
State takes felonies seriously such as DUI (Driving Under the Influence),
drunk teen, public damages after the consumption. The State will revoke
anything a person owns if the latter was found guilty in the eye of the law before
serving their time behind bars.

6. Education
Every citizen is required by the State to go to school without exception. Every
child deserves to be educated in order to be someone when grown up. Education
is a mandatory and forced every single parent to enroll their children into
institutions. Failing to do so, the State has a power to revoke the child from the
parents and be placed in foster care until the child reaches maturity. It is
against the law and the nature to keep children out of school and severe
punishment will be put into place to condemn anyone failing to educate their

children. A child can discontinue going to school when maturity is reached, at

the age of 20.

7. Judicial branch
The judicial power shall be vested in one Supreme Court and Inferior court.
The Supreme Court will be used as an appeal to a judgment and will make
sure that laws have been used correctly. Judges on both courts shall remain
unbiased and fair and will swear to use their power to greater. Any crime will
not go unpunished and the convicts will serve their time to the fullest and will be
granted an early release or probation on a good behavior.
Citizens shall be entitled to all Privileges and Immunities of Citizens. A
Person charged with Treason, Felony, or other Crime, who shall flee from
Justice, and be found in another country shall be brought back with the full
collaboration with the host country which he fled, be delivered up to face justice

The requirements are: Educational background

(BA, BBA, MBA, PHD) from an accredited institutional
The candidate shall be educated enough and also have a common sense as they
will form rules as fairly as possible
The candidate shall be aged 30 and over
The candidate shall have a political experiences and have studied in the field of
political sciences
The candidate shall be married, the State will not approved single individual
running offices with power
