determinations by the International
Trade Commission (the Commission)
that revocation of the countervailing
duty (CVD) orders on certain steel
products from Belgium, Brazil, Mexico,
Spain, and Sweden 1; the antidumping
duty (AD) orders on cut–to-length
carbon steel plate (CTL plate) from
Belgium, Brazil, Finland, Germany,
Mexico, Poland, Romania, Spain,
Sweden, and the United Kingdom; and
