we need to make adjustments to Prices in an effort to provide the best services at a
competitive rate and still affordable. With full consideration we say that Pertamina
Tanjung Hospital impose new Prices, commencing May 1, 2013. This rate applies to
all customers both general patient / cash or collateral.

customer to the tariff adjustment that we set in. We always hope to be able to serve

Rates are applicable for action without staying (only outpatient) adjusted to the
rates of class II
If the patient does not need to stay overnight but should be observed for 3-6
hours, then charged the One Day Care (ODC) rates. When the observation is more
than 6 hours, then the patient is considered require hospitalization
The changes of category medical action into other category (for example, from the
big operation category into the Special Operation category) could only be applied by
reference that can be justified.
If a patient carried out more than one action simultaneously (with one approach) by
one operator, based on different diseases (ICD-X is different), accordingly the each
imposition charged 100% of normal rates.
For the operation of more than one multi-disciplinary action, tariffs are calculated
per act concerned.

30% of operator services
Surgery Room Rental Rates include surgical space rental and completeness that is,
the basic instrument, operating room linen and warm blanket. Not including rates of
medical action, drugs and Medical Devices, the specialty specific instrument and
sterilization costs necessary tools for specific action at a rate determined
separately.

Rates of patients action in ICU comparable to rates in VIP class action, while rates
of action in the clinic comparable to rates of action in class II.
Minor surgery when performed with general anesthesia, the rates will be equated
with the medium surgery rates

increase the guarantee deposit if the amount of the cost of care has reached 80% of
the deposit. This obligation should be completed within 1 x 24 hours after the
notification is received.
The calculation of the cost of hospitalization:
Day care is calculated one day at a time entry and every subsequent multiple of
twelve hours, counted one day hospitalization. Counting begins when the patient
entered the inpatient room / ICU or when patients move class.
