Anuban Weekly Outline

This week we are learning:
Circle Time Review
This week in circle time we will continue
to review the days of the week, months
of the year and the weather. We will
also review all of our vocabulary for the
current unit, food. We will have a taste
test where the students will be blind
folded and will have to describe different
tastes as sweet, salty or spicy.
This week in phonics circle time we are
going to play a game where the teacher
spells out the name of a student who
then stands up and races around the
circle and sit down in his own place. This
student will then spell out the name of
another student and so on. This is a
good way to practice spelling names.

important for the students to practice

this. At the end of the week I will

Dear Parents. Please practice English as

much as possible with your child and ask
them their name, age and where they are
from. Also please encourage the students
to practice their phonic alphabets at home
and spelling words using the phonic
alphabet. This is good practice to help
with reading. Please also encourage your
child to listen to the Youtube link to the
phonic alphabet.
Thank you.
