CCC VP Application

CEMS MIM 2015

After being informed of the opening position for CCC VP, I was instantly interested in
applying. My personal interests, academic and professional background and friendly
personality are all contributing factors for why I want to strive for this position.
I will consider it my priority task to ensure a clear link between the different committees. I
have a strong integrity and I will present my perspective in an honorable way, whilst
providing a comfortable environment for open discussions and idea building. I have
previous experience in working cross-functionally and in diverse teams when I was a VP
in AIESEC CBS. My main duty was ensuring a clear delegation of tasks amongst my
team members whilst managing an effective and friendly working environment. I believe
people work to their full potential when they are given space to be creative, speak their
mind and challenge themselves.
Moreover, I have project management experience from my time in AIESEC. I was project
leader for both internal events and external conferences. I was in charge of planning and
structuring the activities, managing a dynamic team and communicating with different
stakeholders. I think creating events and projects is an exciting job because it allows you
to be innovative and think outside the box. The end results are normally filled with smiles,
good memories and successful team effort.
With a very international background, I have grown to be a very open-mind and social
individual. Hence, I enjoy being out-going and meeting new people who can tell their
interesting stories. However, when necessary I will also demonstrate a more professional
and leading role. I am very flexible in adapting to different circumstances and finding
alternative solutions.
If I become CCC VP, I will make sure that communication flows clearly between the
functional leaders as well as to all the Cemsies.I will work hard to ensure that every goal
is fulfilled, every event is successful and that everyone is enjoying their time as a CEM
CBSer.
With my passion for creating relationships and a great working environment, I sincerely
hope you will consider me as your CCC Vice president.
